Description

I have developed an exact replica of the already famous Lovetone Brown Source. I had this opportunity thanks to access to the original device. On the Internet you can find several patterns with errors, I managed to avoid them in my product. My cube is a 1: 1 copy, i.e. it works and sounds identical to the original. I was able to reduce the dimensions of the cube relative to the original several times, making it easier for her to find her place in the pedalboard. Brown Source is considered a difficult cube to tame, which I completely disagree with. You just have to remember that it serves as an add-on to a tube amplifier, not an independent overdrive. Brown source will squeeze the last juices from your lantern. The cube has 4 knobs. Volume and Gain do not require a description. An interesting issue is the Tone knob. Below 12:00, the knob adds low frequencies and cuts high. Above 12:00 the other way around. Just like in the Big Muff correction system. The 4-position rotary switch allows you to choose one of four options for shaping the band. OFF - tone knob inactive. 1, 2, 3 are three different sounds and behavior of the Tone knob.
