Du kannst das MOD 1 V2 nutzen um mehrere Pedale deines Setups im Front End und im Effekt-Loop des Verstärkers zu postieren (4-Kabel Methode) oder die vier TRS-Anschlüsse als zentralen Zugang und Ausgang des Boards nutzen. Die XLR-Through-Verbindung kann als Signalausgang vom Pedalboard zum Mischpult oder zur PA verwendet werden.

The improved RockBoard® MODs V2 are simple all-in-one patchbays for RockBoard pedalboards with a new, refreshed design, and compact housing. Utilizing the MOD slot on all new RockBoards® (except the DUO series), they provide various cable connections to fit a wide variety of needs as a convenient patchbay. With the RockBoard® MODs, you can permanently connect your pedals underneath your board and organize all connections to and from your effects setup in one convenient module. The RockBoard® MODs provide a central access point from your instrument to your amp, as well as your power supply via IEC, and a 2.1 x 5.5 barrel thru power connector. The RockBoard® MOD 1 V2 is a pass-thru box especially designed for guitar and bass players. It can also be used to run several pedals from your board through the effects loop of your amp, or as a central access point to your pedalboard via its 4x TRS thru connections. The XLR thru connection can be used as signal output from your pedalboard to the console or PA.

With its simple three-knob interface, you can dial in the effect to your taste in short order. First, use the VIBE switch to select either Chorus Mode—dry signal mixed with pitch-shifted signal—or Vibrato Mode—only pitch-shifted signal. Deep in the forests of the Pacific Northwest dwell the Fuzz Imps, a rare species of wild mythical creatures. These unassuming fuzzy friends transform into roaring and raging beasts when stepped on, their echoes reverberating throughout the land.

The 5 controls are highly interactive, allowing you to shape the tonality and feel of the pedal, ranging from noise to tame.
Squish and Gate: These bias controls act as independent noise gates for the various transistors in the circuit. Dialing in the sweet spots (try turning them up towards 9 o’clock) offers tight precision with no noise between riffs. For a wilder side, turn them to the left, engaging high gain for wild oscillations and crushing sonic destruction.
Clang: This is the gain control for the in-line overdrive/fuzz circuit, kicking in around 9 o’clock. When cranked, it enhances low notes, causing the fuzz to bloom and compress. Be cautious, as setting it to zero will mute the input, but it serves as a great tool for oscillations.
Fuzz: This gain control adjusts the second fuzz circuit and sounds great at every level, from 0 to max, depending on the Squish and Gate settings.

The Original Machina was a precursor to the Creature pedal with two circuits that worked in tandem for rich sounds. The Creature pedal was both Machina circuits in series with SMT assembly and is still available to order and remarkably consistent.

That brings us to 2023 and the Machina Germanium transistors and all “through hole” construction and mechanical True Bypass switching. Basically. This is a fuzz done the old school way in limited small batches. It also is a LARGE form factor (1590XX) to make it easier to freely use all the knobs and toggles.

The extra controls on both modes allow fine tuning control and the toggles engage a NOS germanium transistor for either side for big tonal shifts and vintage warmth.
