Es ist ganz einfach: Verbinde die TRS-Buchse mit dem mitgelieferten TRS-Kabel an die EXP 2/FS-Buchse des Ampero, rufe dann das Global-Menü auf, suche das Untermenü „EXP 2/FS“ und stelle den MODE auf „Dual FS“ ein. Danach kannst du den Fußschaltern jede beliebige Funktion zuweisen.

Das Digitech Freqout Natural Feedback Creator Effektpedal gehört zu den eher exotischen Vertretern im Pedalboard. Es widmet sich der Erzeugung von Rückkopplungen, die zwar zum Repertoire jedes gepflegten (Rock-) Gitarristen gehören, aber üblicherweise nur mit entsprechender Lautstärke und der Interaktion zwischen Amp, Box und Gitarre möglich sind. Mit dem E-Bow, der seit Mitte der 70er Jahre erhältlich ist, gibt es bereits ein Werkzeug, das die Saiten per Magnetfeld beliebig lang in Schwingung versetzt, indem es über die gewünschte Saite gehalten wird. Oder den Sustainer von Fernandes, ein Pickup, der ebenfalls die Saiten zum Schwingen bringt, wenn er per Schalter dazu aufgefordert wird. Und natürlich muss beim Umbau der Gitarre einer der vorhandenen Tonabnehmer dem Sustainer weichen.

The ZOIA is basically a modular synthesizer in pedal form. Instead of being a delay effect or tremolo, the ZOIA provides the modules necessary to build a delay or tremolo from the ground up. But since you're the one building it, you can make it do whatever you want. With the ZOIA you can build your own custom effects, synthesizers, midi controllers, and virtual pedal boards. And to make life a little easier, we've created modules for all your standard guitar effects. So for instance, if you want a phaser, you can just plop down a phaser. You don't have to break out the textbooks to learn that they're built out of all-pass filters. (Of course, if you're a nerd like us, you can use the ZOIA to build them out of all-pass filters).

Erneut haben wir es hier also mit einem Pedal zu tun, das große Klangwelten im Angebot hat. Im Detail kombiniert das Fable diverse Delays mit digitalem Mikro-Sampling. Dabei werden aus dem Delay-Speicher kurze Samples ausgelesen und je nach Effektprogramm in puncto Sample-Länge, Position oder Abspielgeschwindigkeit bearbeitet.
