Sublime Bass Fuzz

FUZZ
Description
The Fender Sub-Lime Bass Fuzz is a specialized fuzz pedal released in the late 2000s, designed exclusively to deliver high-gain saturation without compromising low-end frequencies. Housed in a massive, heavy-duty cast metal enclosure inspired by Fender's vintage 1970s effect units, it features an oversized, foot-controllable drive wheel that changes color illumination from green to red as the intensity increases. The design incorporates a variable crossover frequency control allowing users to precisely assign where the fuzz processing applies across a 30 Hz to 300 Hz range. Volume and drive parameters manage output levels, while additional recessed input and output gain trims are side-mounted to prevent accidental stage adjustments. The circuit operates with true-bypass mechanical switching to keep the unaffected bass signal transparent when deactivated. Media
