Placeholder Analog Reverb

REVERB
Description
The Fairfield Circuitry Placeholder is a unique analog reverb that utilizes Bucket Brigade Device (BBD) technology to create atmospheric, lo-fi wash and reverberation. Unlike traditional spring or digital reverbs, it features a built-in envelope follower that allows the input signal's dynamics to modulate the delay time or the mix. This design enables a "ducking" effect where the reverb recedes during active playing and swells during pauses, or creates pitch-warping textures based on pick attack. It includes controls for feedback, blend, and time, along with a dedicated sensitivity knob for the envelope circuit. The pedal is housed in Fairfield's signature unpainted industrial aluminum enclosure and provides a distinct, murky character that departs from conventional reverb sounds. It is intended for musicians seeking experimental, tactile, and harmonically complex spatial effects.Media
