Description
Designed as a utility pedal for real-time signal routing, the Electro-Harmonix Killswitch functions as a momentary line selector and mute switch. The unit provides two primary modes of operation, allowing players to instantly mute their signal or temporarily engage an external effects loop. Dedicated rotary controls adjust the behavior of the momentary footswitch engagement and determine whether the send jack outputs signal continuously or only when activated. A buffered bypass design ensures clean signal path integrity without transient popping artifacts during rapid switching. The circuit accommodates active send and return setups for integrating single effects or complex pedal chains.
