The RockBoard® MODs provide a central access point from your instrument to your amp, as well as your power supply via IEC, and a 2.1 x 5.5 barrel thru power connector. The RockBoard® MOD 3 V2 is a pass-thru box designed for use by vocalists and acoustic players. The 2x XLR outputs allow you to send a stereo signal from your MOD and the 1x XLR input can be used to connect your microphone. You can also use it to run several pedals from your board through the effects loop of your amp, or simply use the MOD as a central access point to your pedalboard.

Easily configurable through the Darkglass Suite, the Darkglass MIDI Footswitch offers customizable MIDI commands at the tips of your toes. The MIDI footswitch is quick to set up with ready-to-use templates for Darkglass products. A more complex custom MIDI setup is also available with commands on the main and sub operational layers, simultaneous sending of several messages and more, making it a powerful command center that integrates seamlessly with your setup.

The MIDI footswitch can be powered flexibly through either a 9V DC or USB. In addition, the Darkglass amplifiers are capable of powering it through the same 1/4″ plug or a 7-PIN MIDI connector used for the data, offering the full operation using only one cable.

The MXR Bass Envelope Filter delivers classic analog envelope filter sounds in an easy-to-use and compact pedal designed specifically for bass. Separate Dry and Effect controls let you dial in the perfect mix of effected and direct signals, so you can bring the funk without losing the low end. Lediglich mit einem Regler ausgestattet bietet es die Einstellung des Thresholds und mit Soft-Mode und Hard-Mode zwei Arbeitsweisen des Gates – mehr nicht! Ob sich das NSG klanglich mit seinem radikalen Ansatz von den Mitbewerbern absetzt, soll dieser Test herausfinden.

The NSG: Noise Gate comes as a response to these annoyances. Utilizing an adjustable threshold level to filter out sounds below a certain threshold, allowing for only the desired audio to be seized.

Mike Matthews, der Gründer von Electro-Harmonix, ist eine schillernde Figur. Nach phänomenalem Wachstum seiner Firma in den goldenen Zeiten des Rock’n´Roll, den 1970er Jahren, folgte Anfang der 1980er die Ernüchterung – und schließlich die Pleite.

Mike Matthews, the founder of Electro-Harmonix, is a colorful figure. The hippie movement and Jimi Hendrix's evolution of the electric guitar served as a catalyst for him to develop the Big Muff distortion unit, which is still popular today. After phenomenal growth of his company in the golden age of rock'n'roll, the 1970s, disillusionment followed in the early 1980s - and finally bankruptcy.
