Wahlweise sind sehr lange Abklingzeiten einstellbar, auf Wunsch auch ein "klingelnder" bzw. scheppernder Hall dank des Atmosphere-Reglers. Das Levitation Reverb ist ausgestattet mit Reglern für Decay, Atmosphere, Mix und Tone, einen Length-Umschalter für die Hall-Länge und einen True Bypass. Der Levitation V2 verfügt über einen geräuschlosen, relais-basierten Soft-Touch Fußschalter. Audiosignale haben keinen Durchgang, wenn das Gerät nicht mit Strom versorgt wird.

The Levitation Reverb builds on the base sound found in the Ghost Echo from EarthQuaker Devices and delivers excellent old-school spring and plate reverb sounds. It offers very long adjustable decay times as well as ringing plate and rattling hall reverb sounds thanks to its Atmosphere control. It features controls for Decay, Atmosphere, Mix and Tone, a Length switch for the reverb duration and True Bypass. The Levitation V2 uses silent relay-based soft touch switching. Audio will not pass without power.

Die Rainbow Machine erzeugt mit digitalen Oszillatoren wilde, Intervalle und Pitch-Shiftings, für nie zuvor gehörte Harmonien und Disharmonien. Mit Reglern für Pitch, Primary, Secondary, Tracking, Magic und Tone ist das Pedal üppig ausgestattet. Außerdem verfügt die Rainbow Machine über einen Anschluss für ein Expression-Pedal sowie einen zusätzlichen „Magic“-Fußschalter. Die Rainbow Machine ist polyphon spielbar und eignet sich für Gitarre, Bass, Gesang, Keyboards und weitere Instrumente. Es verfügt über eine verbesserte Schaltung für weniger Nebengeräusche und verbesserte Leistung mit höherem Output und niedrigerem Signal-to-Noise Ratio. The Wave Transformer is an analog, vintage-voiced, voltage-controlled oscillator with over 8 octaves of accurate pitch tracking. It has 7 simultaneous wave outputs, including a unique Complex output.

The Transform control morphs from a basic waveform through many strange iterations into a complex, gnarled mass of audio mutations at the Complex output. You can yield countless variations on these permutations by combining this novel circuit with Hard Sync, Soft Sync, Linear FM and Exponential FM. Additionally, you can mute the source waveform to use the circuit as a harmonic gate/VCA, rendering The Wave Transformer a voice unto itself. If that is not enough, there is a Shape Insert that allows you to transform external oscillations and modular-level audio sources.

Das Pedal bietet ein extrem breites Spektrum an unterschiedlichen, riesigen, ausladenden und magischen Ambient-Reverbs und deckt von wilden, verschlungenen Hall-Effekten über atmosphärische, kurze, digitale Delays bis zu Staccato-artigen, rhythmischen Wiederholungen mit bizarren Sounds alle denkbaren Effekte ab. Die Regelmöglichkeiten für Length (Länge des Nachhalls), Dampen (Tone), Reflect (Depth, Regeneration) und Mix (Wet/Dry-Mix) sind bekannte Parameter bei Reverb-Pedalen und arbeiten sehr intuitiv. Der Diffuse-Regler kontrolliert die Streuung des Nachhalls und ermöglicht je nach Setting aggressivere Sounds, bei denen das Einsetzen der einzelnen Wiederholungen deutlicher hörbar oder weicher und verwaschener wird. Der Drag-Regler trennt die digitalen Delay-Gruppen voneinander. So rücken den Repeats je nach Setting näher aneinander (Hall-ähnlicher Effekt) oder werden auseinander gezogen, sodass statt eines Halls verstreute Ping-Pong-Effekte zu hören sind.

The EarthQuaker Devices Afterneath V3 sounds a lot like it looks: a sound wizard bursting forth from ethereal cave and ready for the ambient reverb battle. The pedal offers an extremely wide range of different, vast, expansive, and magical ambient reverbs and covers all possible effects from wild and cavernous reverb effects to atmospheric reverberations of short digital delays to scattered, rhythmic delays with bizarre characteristics. The controls for Length (decay length of the reverb), Dampen (tone), Reflect (depth, regeneration) and Mix (wet/dry mix) are well-known parameters for reverb pedals and work very intuitively. The Diffuse knob adjusts the spread of the reverb, turned counterclockwise, the reverb is sharper with more attack, resulting in a stuttering sputter of individual early reflections. Clockwise casts a washy, more ambient-sounding effect. Drag separates the individual digital delay lines, clockwise positions will gather the delay lines close together for a more reverb-like effect. Turn the Drag counterclockwise, and the delay lines will begin to pull apart for a scattered ping-pong delay effect.
