The Does It Doom Giza Dva is a specialized preamp and distortion pedal designed in collaboration with Nick Williams of Dunwich Amplification. It is an expanded version of the original Giza, meticulously engineered to emulate the JFET-driven Green Matamp GT120 preamp circuit used by Al Cisneros of Sleep and OM. The pedal features a parallel architecture that blends the Matamp preamp with a distortion path combining the Boss DS-1 and DOD 250 circuits. High internal headroom of 36V ensures a massive, amp-like dynamic range and low-end authority for down-tuned instruments. Additionally, a footswitchable "Anahata" mode engages a monolithic silicon fuzz for increased saturation and sustain.
