Das DemonFx Octa Bass ist ein analoges Oktave-Effektpedal für Bassgitarre, das eine Oktave unter der gespielten Note erzeugt. Basierend auf einer analogen Schaltung im Stil des Aguilar Octamizer bietet es eine Dual-Filter-Architektur sowie eine proprietäre Tracking-Detektorschaltung. Separate Lautstärkeregler ermöglichen das unabhängige Mischen von Clean- und Oktav-Signal. Der Clean-Signalweg nutzt einen Vollspektrum-Tilt-EQ, während der Oktav-Signalweg über einen variablen Multipol-Tiefpassfilter verfügt, um Bass-Texturen von sanftem Sub-Bass bis hin zu aggressiven Synth-Sounds zu formen. Zur Hardware gehören ein True-Bypass-Fußschalter, 6,3-mm-Klinkenein- und -ausgänge sowie der Betrieb mit Standard-9V-Gleichspannung.

The DemonFx Octa Bass is an analog octave effects pedal for bass guitar designed to generate an octave tone below the played note. Built on an analog circuit structure based on the Aguilar Octamizer, it incorporates a dual-filter architecture and a proprietary tracking detector circuit. Separate level controls permit independent blending of the clean and octave signals. The clean path uses a full-spectrum tilt EQ, while the octave path features a variable multipole low-pass filter to sculpt low-end textures ranging from smooth sub-bass to aggressive synth tones. Hardware features include a true bypass foot switch, 1/4-inch mono input and output jacks, and standard 9V DC power compatibility.

If you have a certain way of tuning your guitar offsets the open strings, you can easily capture the tuning of the open strings and store it as an open tuning.You are in effect tuning the tuner to the guitar, and saving the tuning for future use.1 Enter edit mode (refer to page 14 on how to enter edit mode and change the note and offsets)2 Set the tuner to string you wish to capture, then use the right button to scroll through the offset and make sure it's set to 00.0 cents.3 Set the note and octave,then advance to the sign.4 Setting the sign: First, play the note, if the pattern rotates to the right, set the sign to +, if to the left, set the sign to -,. Use the left button to change the sign,the right button to advance to the cents offset.5 Advance to the 10's position of the cents offset by pressing the right button. Increase it (by pressing the left button) until the rotation changes direction.Note the number, then push the left button until the number is one less. You want to stop the number just before the rotation changes directions.6 Advance to the 1's and, 1's position and repeat step 4. You have now recorded the cents offset for that string.

Features:
The FILTRATION II G String has 4 ¼ inch jacks.
Connect the guitar directly to the Guitar IN. Connect the Guitar OUT to the input of the amplifier.
Connect the DEC IN to the loop send and DEC OUT to
 the loop return. For best performance place all gain
pedals in front of the amplifier and DEC IN.
You can put Delay and Reverb effects pedals after
 the FILTRATION II G String and before the loop return
to avoid cutting off reverb and delay tails.
