Der Filter wird rhythmisch in einem von sechs wählbaren Frequenzbändern geöffnet und geschlossen, dabei wird die Bewegung des Filters mit der Anschlagstärke im Signal synchronisiert. Der dynamische Effekt setzt sich im Mix perfekt durch und kann zusätzlich über einen externen Trigger ausgelöst werden. Mit sechs wählbaren Frequenzbändern für den Sweep bietet das Deep Animation den passenden Frequenzbereich für jedes denkbare Instrument oder Setting. Das Spektrum möglicher Sounds reicht von einer smoothen, subtilen bis zu einer intensiven, schnellen Frequenzmodulation, die bei hoher Intensity wurderbar 'kaputt' klingt.
