Mit zwei wählbaren Schalt-Modi lässt sich der Switcher perfekt in jedes Setup integrieren - im Direct/Edit Mode lassen sich alle sechs Loops einzeln über den jeweiligen Fußschalter aktivieren, im Recall Mode arbeitet der Agamidae mit den gespeicherten Presets. In jedem Preset lässt sich eine beliebige Kombination der sechs Loops abspeichern. Verschiedene Pedale mit unterschiedlichen Formen und Größen können es zu einer Herausforderung machen, in einer Live-Situation einzeln auf die Pedale zu treten. Mit dem Agamidae haben alle Schalter die gleiche Größe und sind in einer Reihe positioniert, die hellen LEDs zeigen außerdem deutlich welcher Loop aktiviert ist.

The One Control Agamidae Tail Loop is a programmable six-channel loop switcher equipped with six DC outputs. With two selectable switching modes, the switcher can be perfectly integrated into any setup - in Direct/Edit Mode, all six loops can be activated individually using the respective footswitch; in Recall Mode, the Agamidae works with the stored presets. Any combination of the six loops can be saved in each preset. Having various pedals with different shapes and sizes can make it a challenge to stomp pedals one by one in a live situation. With the Agamidae all of your switches have the same size and are easily lined up with bright LEDs making it very easy to see whether you pedals are active or not.

A super-compact adaptation of his Tech 21 Ultra Bass 1000 Signature head, the DP-3X also recreates the sound dUg originally developed way back in the ‘80s, merging high-end distortion with low-end bass. Prior to his signature head, this involved running a guitar amp and a bass amp together, along with rack full of effects. Wanting to further streamline his gear for occasions when his full Tech 21 rig simply isn’t practical, dUg collaborated on the all-analog DP-3X pedal. Personally beta-testing the DP-3X on a European tour, dUg encountered a different backline in each and every venue. But no matter which amp was on stage, dUg was able to nail his immense tone each and every night.

In addition to achieving dUg’s unique tone, the DP-3X has the flexibility to provide traditional bass amp sounds as well. Mix mode engages Drive to bring in distortion and Chunk for upper harmonics. A Gain button provides additional distortion and compression. In clean/full-range mode, Drive and Chunk disengage, while Comp and Gain remain active. Other controls include 3-band active EQ with switchable Mid and a master Volume. Features include chromatic tuner, headphone capability, and an XLR Output to go direct to the PA desk or studio board without compromising detail, warmth or responsiveness.

With the AfterShock Bass Distortion it gets really dirty. By itself and directly out of the box, it comes with three massive bass distortion engines of enormous tonal range. Their spectrum spans from low-end crunch to subtle tube-like overdrive to in-your-face germanium style Fuzz. Plugged to a smartphone one gets access to a myriad of further parameters and a library of over 40 overdrive, distortion and Fuzz algorithms via the Neuro App. MIDI compatibility via the separately available Source Audio Neuro Hub as well as stereo in- and outputs make this one of the most flexible bass drives on the market.
