Description

The Danelectro FAB Echo is a compact effect pedal designed to provide vintage-style slapback echo and short delay tones. Part of the FAB budget series released in 2005, it utilizes the PT2399 digital delay chip to emulate warm, lo-fi analog characteristics. The circuit is primarily tuned for a fixed short delay time, often favored for rockabilly and surf guitar styles. Its distinctive wedge-shaped plastic enclosure features a large top-mounted footswitch and a non-skid rubber base. The interface is intentionally minimal, offering straightforward control over the wet signal blend and the number of repeats.
