The JAM Pedals DoubleDreamer is a dual overdrive workstation that combines the company's two most popular drive circuits, the Tubedreamer and the Lucydreamer, into a single enclosure. The left side features the Tubedreamer, a refined take on the classic JRC4558D-based 808 Tubescreamer with asymmetrical clipping for enhanced touch sensitivity. The right side houses the Lucydreamer, a transparent "dry/wet" overdrive designed for a flatter frequency response and more low-end clarity. A central footswitch engages a high-gain stage that can be assigned to either or both circuits via a three-way toggle. Internal DIP switches allow for extensive signal routing, including series operation or independent send/return loops for each side. The pedal was developed as a collaboration with artist John Achenbach for its specific "Achenbach Series" visual iterations.

This means that when you choose one of the nine legendary or rare modes (OG V1, White Face V3, Turbo V5, BRAT V6, Dirty V7, LA, Landgraff MO'D, Caroline, JHS Mode), you are playing fully analog circuits that perfectly replicate that mode, even down to the aging components (also known as component drift). The MTG Tube Tremolo brings the hypnotic sound typically found in vintage amps and conveniently places it into a stomp box based around a genuine, U.S. made NOS 6205 preamp tube. Diese legendären britischen Verstärker, der Super Lead und der Super Bass, sind berühmt für ihre holzigen, organischen und wunderschönen Sättigungsklänge und liefern seit fast 50 Jahren einen der zeitlosen Klassiker unter den Sounds. Musiker wie Jimmy Page, Paul Kossoff und unzählige andere vertrauten auf diesen Klangcharakter, um ihren unverwechselbaren Sound zu kreieren. Xotic hat dieses Vintage-Meisterwerk in einem robusten, kompakten Gehäuse neu aufgelegt. Der SL Drive bietet ein sehr verstärkerähnliches Ansprechverhalten und lässt sich durch Drehen des Lautstärkereglers an der Gitarre schön aufklären. Mit den internen DIP-Schaltern können Sie die Klangcharakteristiken beider Modelle aus dem Jahr 1959 auswählen. Die Einstellung „Super Lead“ bietet einen helleren Klang mit mehr Gain, während die Einstellung „Super Bass“ mehr Tiefen und weniger Höhen bietet. Dieses kompakte Design ist ein leistungsstarkes Werkzeug für professionelle Musiker.

Players like Jimmy Page, Paul Kossoff and countless other relied on this type of tone for their signature sound. Xotic has recreated this vintage masterpiece in a rugged small enclosure. The SL Drive offers very amp-like response and cleans up nicely with a roll of your guitar’s volume knob. The internal dip switches allow you to choose the sound characteristics of both 1959 models. The “Super Lead” setting offers a brighter tone with more gain, while the “Super Bass” setting has more low end with less highs. This compact design is a powerful tool for the working musicians.
