Description
The Preamp MkII is an expansive drive workstation developed through a collaboration between Chase Bliss and Benson Amps, featuring an authentic Benson Chimera tube amp circuit where vacuum tubes are replaced by JFET transistors. It incorporates the Condor’s versatile resonant parametric equalizer and a silicon/germanium fuzz circuit with variable "Open" or "Gated" textures. The defining feature is its motorized faders that automatically adjust to saved presets, allowing for tactile control and visual feedback of complex settings. This pedal offers three distinct clipping modes—Diode, Asymmetric, and Symmetric—to provide a vast range of overdrive, distortion, and fuzz tones. It is fully MIDI controllable and includes an expression pedal input for real-time parameter manipulation.Media
