We are extremely pleased to announce the launch of the Belle Epoch +, our first compact delay with full tap tempo capabilities and a slew of other upgrades to our flagship tape echo simulator. Much R&D was implemented to make the Belle Epoch + the best version of itself that it could possibly be. Tapping in a beat couldn’t be easier; simply hold the footswitch to enter tap mode and hold it again to enter tap bypass mode. Apart from the tap tempo circuit, the Belle Epoch + just gives you more, more headroom, a redesigned Mix control, improved buffered bypass, a touch of noise gating and better impedance specs for rig integration. The preamp has been tweaked to provide a higher dynamic range with the same feel and response of the original Echoplex pre, giving you a more hi-fi sparkling tone that you’ve come to expect from the classic circuit. Featuring a plethora of useful options, the Giygas gives you everything you’ve ever wanted in a fuzz box, along with some stuff you never knew you wanted (but deep down, you totally knew).  The core of the fuzz circuit is brawny and fierce, yet with plenty of violin-like sustain and articulation on tap, and the entire thing is wrapped in a clean blend circuit. From there, the fuzz gets catapulted into a gyrator-based mids boost, and then into a tilt EQ circuit. With the blend rolled all the way back, you can use just the powerful high-headroom EQ to sculpt your clean tone. A horde of options await you under the hood, ones that will make our four-stringed friends extremely happy.

Dieser Foundation-Overdrive ist die ursprüngliche Version der von Ampeg inspirierten Schaltung, die speziell entwickelt wurde, um die dynamische Ansprache der SVT- und VT-40-Verstärker der späten 1960er Jahre einzufangen. This foundation overdrive is the original version of the Ampeg-inspired circuit, specifically designed to capture the high-headroom, touch-sensitive response of late 1960s SVT and VT-40 amplifiers. Unlike the later V2 model, the V1 lacks the external "Stones/Stoner" mode switch, instead featuring a wider-sweep gain control that covers a range from subtle, clean grit to high-saturation distortion. It utilizes a two-band Baxandall EQ (Bass and Treble) that allows for active frequency shaping, making it equally effective for both electric guitar and bass. The internal architecture takes cues from hi-fi audio design, omitting standard guitar pedal cathode capacitors to maintain a massive, "throaty" low-mid roar. It is highly responsive to picking dynamics and can be run at 18V for increased headroom and a more percussive, amp-like feel.
