Der Feind heißt Kapazität, ein Problem das bei zu langen Kabelwegen undn ich zuletzt schlechten Schaltungen auftritt und das Signal High End kostet und es schwach und charakterlos klingen lässt. Ein Trugschluss, der dies noch unterstützt is die Annahme dass True Bypass immer gut ist, denn ganz stimmt dies leider nicht. Der Little Black Buffer kommt genau hier ins Spiel und versorgt dein Rig mit genau der richtigen Eingangsimpedanz, damit du am Ende einen klaren, natürlichen Sound hast, der klingt als hättest du dich direkt in den Amp gestöpselt.

This may be the greatest weapon you didn’t know you needed. For those of us who are a little “pedal happy” there can be some downfall to our tone. When running a pedal board with more than one or two effects, something called “capacitance” happens. This natural problem happens due to the amount of cable or line that your signal has to travel through, not to mention bad switching systems in certain pedals. The result is a very audible amount of high-end loss, weak signal, flabby bass and uncharacteristic pickup behavior in guitars. Another problem is the assumption that all “true bypass” is good. This isn’t true and actually can be worse than imagined. This is where the “Little Black Buffer” steps in providing the perfect input impedance to your rig and giving you the final result of clear, natural tone that sounds like you're plugged straight into your amp.

GE-7 Equalizer

The Snow White Autowah (SWAW) circuit is based on a 1991 BJF rack mount remote wah circuit and is tuned like a real wah. The circuit was redesigned with envelope controls and built into small size pedal. It has very fast tracking and accuracy rarely found on auto wahs/ envelope filters. With the four knobs, you can have total control of the effect. SWAW works both with guitar and bass and you can fine-tune the pedal to suit your instrument, your playing style and your taste of tone.
The pedal has a unique decay control for the filter frequency fall speed. You can set it to be fast for wah effects on every note, or slower for a more traditional auto wah sound.

The Carl Martin Headroom is the most simple to operate reverb pedal on the market…with a couple extras. This purely analogue ‘real spring’ reverb has two identical identical channels, each with tone and level controls to select the depth and tone of your reverb. This allows you to have a soft, small room reverb on Channel A and a much more dramatic and dark large-room reverb on Channel B (or vise versa) The two foot-controlled switches control which channel you are in, and whether you wish to bypass the effect completely. It is like having two separate reverbs in your amp!

The Carl Martin TremO´vibe is an analog “two in one” effect pedal consisting of a tremolo and a real vibrato, both with independent sets of speed and depth controls.
The tremolo effect works like a change in volume. The vibrato, which works as a change in tone (pitch modulation), is carefully designed to imitate the sound of a real tube vibrato.
Featuring two switches, The “on” switch allows you to engage or bypass the unit. The “select” switch allows you to switch between Tremolo and Vibrato.
The Carl Martin TremO´vibe is an excellent choice for Guitar, Bass, Keyboard, or any other electronic instrument, that requires the highest sonic clarity, maximum dynamic range and noise free performance.

Hot Drive 'n Boost mk3

Carl Martin Compressor-Limiter has been specially developed to incorporate the same features and sonic clarity found in high quality professional studio compressors. To achieve this we incorporated a variable threshold, -variable compression ratio, -variable attack and release controls and of course, a gain level.
General Guidelines on the use of the Compressor/Limiter:
Threshold: Working anti clockwise, determines how much of the signal will be compressed. This is also dependent on how much signal is fed from the instrument.
Comp: Working clockwise, determines how much compression is applied to the signal allowed by the threshold setting.
Resp: Working clockwise, determines the attack/release times, going from slow to fast. In general, if you want to hear the compressor working with a crisp attack you should use slow times. If you require just a silent limiting you should use fast times.
Gain: Working clockwise, sets the overall gain.Busy: Indicates the amount of compression being applied, even in bypass mode. The brighter it gets, the more compression is being applied.You can find more detailed information under manuals.

The Carl Martin PlexiTone, is as the name might indicate an unusual high gain three step rocket of an overdrive.
The PlexiTone offers two step overdrive, the crunch channel and the high gain channel, on top of that it gives you an up to 20dB clean boost channel.
The crunch channel goes from subtle overdrive to hard rock gain stage, the high gain channel goes from rock gain stages to absolutely meltdown, with loads of gain and low end, and all in a tone that brings the memory back to the early 80’s high gain guitar hero’s.

Das Carl Martin DeLayla XL wurde mit einem Ziel vor Augen entworfen und entwickelt: Ein überragendes Echo-Pedal zu schaffen, mit der gleichen Klangqualität wie das ursprüngliche DeLayla, aber mit neuen, erweiterten Funktionen, aber mit einigen der gleichen Funktionen, die in alten Bandverzögerungsgeräten verwendet werden. Um dies zu erreichen, wurde ein zweiter Delay-Head (Slapback) implementiert (ähnlich der Verwendung von zwei Köpfen gleichzeitig bei einem Tape Delay).

The Carl Martin DeLayla XL is designed and developed with one goal in mind: To create a superior echo pedal, with the same sonic quality as the original DeLayla but with new extended features, yet incorporating some of the same features used in vintage tape delay units. To achieve this, a second delay head (slapback) (similar to using two heads simultaneously on a tape delay) was implemented.

The Carl Martin Boost Kick is a 9V-battery pedal designed to provide up to 12dB of boost to give that extra “kick” required for a great solo.

The level control determines the boost level. The Band 3 EQ section consists of Punch (bass), Attack (E) and Edge (treble). This allows a virtually unlimited range of solo sounds without compromising sound quality.
