Description
The CostaLab Booster is the pedal that started CostaLab brand experience. It is an important tool for every guitarist because not only it is able to turn up the volume, but more organically, is used to "push" the device downstream connected.
By using it with a tube amp you can switch from a crunch sound to a powerful and creamy lead sound. Similarly, it can be used to give an overdrive pedal more saturation. Finally, the CostaLab Booster can also be used to increase your own volume during your solos.
Just because of its aptitude for use in situations with a lot of gain, the pedal has been set in order to get a thinly hazy response on treble, a warm and smooth sound, very reminiscent of the sound produced by a tube system. It is well known, indeed, that with distorted sounds and rich in harmonics, adding an additional gain stage often involves the presence of rattling treble too. Media
