The improved RockBoard® MODs V2 are simple all-in-one patchbays for RockBoard pedalboards with a new, refreshed design, and compact housing. The Murder One Killswitch does exactly what it says on the box; it’ll kill your signal like a terrifying, deadly assassin, cutting off all noise completely. Der Data Corrupter nimmt dein Signal in die Mangel und verdreht es in die Summe und die Differenz aus Master Oscillator und Subharmonic mit Frequenzmodulation auf den oberen und unteren Oktaven.

The Data Corrupter is a “wild, yet repeatable” three-voice Modulated Monophonic Harmonizing PLL (phase-locked loop)  that takes your input signal and “brutally amplifies it into a crushing square wave fuzz tone that is then multiplied, divided, and modulated” to create a harmonically complex, expressive, and touch-responsive analog synth tone up to three octaves below (or above) the original, plus additional harmonies. To unleash the cracked machine lurking within the Data Corrupter mainframe, set the Subharmonic Root switch to Oscillator and try not to look away as the sonic malware you just installed mangles your input signal into the sum and difference of both the Master Oscillator and Subharmonic with the Frequency Modulator applied to the upper and lower octaves.

Der Amp ist ein respektvoller Treble Booster, der perfekt zu Röhrenverstärkern und Fuzz-Pedalen passt. In seinem Herzen befindet sich ein Germanium-Relikt aus der ehemaligen Sowjetunion. In der Nullstellung dämpft er das Signal ab. Bei 10 liefert er 20 dB Wärme und reißt den Ton von allem, was hinter ihm steht. Der Amp ist unser Treble Booster. In seinem Herzen steckt ein kolossaler Germanium-Transistor, der jahrzehntelang vergessen in der Ukraine darauf wartete, endlich etwas Aufregendes mit seinem Leben anfangen zu können. Dieser Transistor wird mit einer einfachen und eleganten Schaltung auf die Spitze getrieben, was zu einem klassischen Vintage-Ton führt (basierend auf dem zeitlosen Dallas Rangemaster). Er ist nicht böse, aber auch nicht schön: Er erhöht nicht nur die Lautstärke, sondern füllt den Klang mit Charakter und erzeugt eine leichte Verzerrung, die für diesen Transistortyp charakteristisch ist. Es hebt auch die Höhen hervor und verleiht dem Sound einen funkelnden Glanz und viel Präsenz. 

Es ist ein einfaches Pedal, aber es macht sicherlich einen großen Unterschied. Am Ende der Pedalkette ist es ein großartiger Lautstärkebooster für Soli. Aber der farbige Ton passt auch gut zu allem, was danach kommt - wie Fuzzes und Röhren. Wenn man den Amp vor einem Fuzz platziert, fungiert er als Tone-Texture-Regler für das andere Pedal. Vor einem Röhrenverstärker wird nicht nur die Lautstärke und das Gain erhöht, sondern man hört auch die Röhren auf eine völlig ungewohnte Art und Weise brüllen, anders als man es gewohnt ist. Ab Juli 2016 verfügt der Amp über einen internen Regler, mit dem man einstellen kann, wie stark man die Höhen anheben möchte. Er reicht von 120 Hz, als flachere Verstärkung, bis zur Werkseinstellung von 500 Hz, die einen feurigen Ton à la Brian May, Tony Iommi, Rory Gallagher und Co. erzeugt... Wir haben uns in den Germanium-Transistor des Amps verliebt (derselbe, der auch in der Mother of Fuzz verwendet wird). Sie werden nicht mehr hergestellt.

In its heart lies a colossal germanium transistor whom spent decades forgotten in Ukraine just waiting for the time when it would finally be able to do something exciting with its life. This transistor is pushed to the extreme with a simple and elegant circuit, resulting into a vintage, classic tone (based in the timeless Dallas Rangemaster). It isn’t evil, but it ain’t nice: In addition to increasing the volume, it fills the sound with character, creating a slight distortion, characteristic of this type of transistor. It also accentuates the trebles, bringing a sound full of sparkle and with a lot of presence. It is a simple pedal, but it surely makes a lot of difference. At the end of the pedal chain it is a great volume booster for solos. But the colored tone also goes well with whatever comes after it – like fuzzes and tubes. If you place the Amp in front of a fuzz, it acts as a tone texture control to the other pedal. In front of a tube amp, besides increasing the volume and gain you will hear the valves roar in a completely unusual manner, different from whatever it is that you are used to. From July 2016, the Amp comes with an internal control that lets you dial how much highs you want to boost. It goes from 120 Hz, as a flatter amplification, up to its factory default of 500 Hz, giving that fiercy tone à la Brian May, Tony Iommi, Rory Gallagher and friends… We have fallen in love with the Amp’s germanium transistor (the same used in the Mother of fuzz). They are no longer manufactured.

Entstanden aus einer Zusammenarbeit zwischen Eddie Van Halen und Jim Dunlop ist der EVH 90 eine komplett neu designte Version des legendären Phase 90. Der EVH 90 zeigt genau die gleichen räumlichen Klangverwirbelungen und hypnotischen Phasenverschiebungen, die den Phase 90 so berühmt machten. Als neues Feature besitzt der EVH 90 den Script-Schalter, der es ermöglicht, zwischen dem Vintage 'Script Logo' und dem moderneren, aggressiveren 'Block Logo' Phasersound zu wählen.
