The BOSS XS-100 Poly Shifter is an advanced pitch-shifting workstation for guitar and bass, featuring an integrated expression pedal and a massive eight-octave pitch range. It utilizes new BOSS algorithms for class-leading, glitch-free polyphonic performance, even with complex chords. The onboard expression pedal provides linear, real-time control across four octaves up or down, with an integrated toe switch for momentary pitch jumps. The unit also offers fixed pitch settings (drop tunings, capo effects) across the full eight octaves, an adjustable pedal curve, 30 memory slots for saving custom setups, and extensive connectivity, including TRS MIDI I/O and external control options.
