Description
Handcrafted in France by BO Effects, the Oxydrive is an original, transparent low-gain overdrive pedal designed for high dynamic responsiveness to picking attack. Built with discrete bipolar MOSFET transistors, NOS germanium diodes, and NOS paper-in-oil capacitors, the circuit provides versatile tone shaping from clean boost to smooth overdrive. Controls for Drive, Level, Body, and Dirt allow fine adjustment of input gain, overall frequency balance, output volume, and clipping ratio. The pedal works effectively over both clean and saturated amplifier channels while preserving instrument core character. Housed in an aluminum chassis with high-grade components throughout, it features relay-free true bypass switching to ensure signal integrity when disengaged.Media
