Description
The Bastl Instruments Dude is a portable, battery-operated five-channel monophonic audio mixer designed for small tabletop rigs and mobile setups. Each channel features a dedicated mute button and provides up to +20dB of gain, allowing it to boost weak signals or intentionally saturate line-level audio for a "lo-fi" character. It is a non-inverting mixer, meaning the output can be fed back into its own inputs to create experimental feedback loops and oscillating tones. The device is nearly the same size as the four AA batteries that power it, making it exceptionally compact for stage or field use.
