The ADA GCS-2 is a guitar cabinet simulator in a rugged, all-steel package. Designed for both live and studio use, it replicates the natural resonance of a guitar speaker cabinet at loud volumes. The GCS-2 is inserted between your preamplifier or effects chain and a mixing console, eliminating the need for close-mic'ing a cabinet. It features selectable 10” or 12” speaker sizes, vintage or modern speaker character, and open-back or sealed cabinet types. A variable microphone placement control allows for further tonal shaping, and its pure analog circuit design provides high headroom and low noise.
