Transparenz ist kein Mythos

Mit dem Savage begann die Reise von Anasounds erst richtig.
Da viele Gitarristen diesen berühmten „transparenten“ Overdrive haben wollten, der von John Mayer, Jeff Beck oder Joe Perry (Aerosmith) populär gemacht wurde, und der echte Overdrive auf dem Gebrauchtmarkt unerschwinglich wurde, haben wir begonnen, Nachbauten anzubieten und nach und nach einige Teile der Schaltung zu modifizieren, um die musikalischste Version zu erhalten.

Transparency isn’t a myth

It is with the Savage that the Anasounds journey really began.
Since many guitarists wanted this famous “transparent” overdrive made popular by John Mayer, Jeff Beck or Joe Perry (Aerosmith), and the genuine one became unaffordable on the second hand market, we started to propose replicas and progressively modified some parts of the circuit to get the most musical version possible.

The Anasounds Utopia is a tape echo pedal linked to a modulation with variable speed and depth.

Echoes and filtering applied let you find a very warm, vintage sound.

Calibrated for echoes from 0 to 400ms (can go up to 600ms) it’s primarily designed to be left on 90% of the time for a beautiful slap-back.

It will also enhance and accentuate your sound in the mix, when coupled with an overdrive or a distortion.

In this version we have decided to add a modulation, strike a chord and transport yourself to the other side of the galaxy!

Utopia

La Brute, well, that’s the middle choice! Big enough to offer a lot of shpouing and,
make most of musicians crazy. Its average size makes it possible to fit easily under
a pedalboard, right next to the pedal power supply block or on the keyboard table.
It provides much more harmonics than its friend Le Bon.

La Brute - Spring Tank

We no longer need to introduce this famous circular fuzz pedal, which produced the iconic sound of many guitarists in the 60’s.
With its two volume and gain controls forming a smiling face, it offers a unique sound going from a creamy and dynamic fuzz to a powerful and punchy fuzz with sharp trebles.

The extremely simple circuit offers a lot of space for customization, hence our own interpretation of the mythical pedal with the Feed Me.
The Feed Me mk3 is ultra versatile and customizable. You can get the classic sound of the 60’s model, rich in trebles and sustain.
But also a thick and fat fuzz, for more modern sounds close to stoner tones. Or a garage rock style gated fuzz by using the Crack and Smash controls for a velcro texture.
While remaining ultra expressive and responsive as always to the guitar’s volume and tone controls, with the Feed control, for warm cleans.
