Das Way Huge Smalls Green Rhino Overdrive MKV (WM22) ist die kompakteste aller bisherigen Version, überzeugt aber wie seine Vorgänger mit einem breiten Spektrum an knurrigen, kratzigen Overdrive-Sounds. Die Regelmöglichkeiten für Volume, Tone und Drive decken die Basis-Funktionen des Pedals ab, während Freq und Curve eine gezielte Feinjustierung des Sounds ermöglichen. Der Freq-Regler bietet - je nach internem Setting - einen Boost oder Cut bei 100 Hz bzw. 500 Hz, der Curve-Regler bedämpft je nach Bedarf die Höhen im Signal, falls der Sound zu aggressiv im Treble-Bereich wird. Das Spektrum an möglichen Sounds reicht von klar und definiert über einen satten, kräftigen Drive bis zu einer extrem 'dreckigen', rauen Verzerrung.

The Volume, Tone, and Drive controls cover the basic functions, while the Freq and Curve controls offer finer adjustment of your beastly sonic yield. The Freq control cuts or boosts at either 100Hz or 500Hz—set internally—while the Curve control allows you to soften the creature's roar if it gets too aggressive on the high end. Das Way Huge Smalls Doom Hammer Fuzz ist ein kompaktes Pedal, das entwickelt wurde, um eine dicke Sättigung zu liefern, die des "High-Desert"-Riffings würdig ist, sowie dichte Fuzz-Wände direkt aus einem '90er-Fiebertraum. Die Schaltung basiert auf einem modifizierten, operationsverstärker-betriebenen Fuzz von 1978, das Jeorge Tripps für ein strafferes Low-End und eine zuverlässigere Live-Performance verfeinerte. Dieser "Sonic Sledge" bietet eine weniger ausgeprägte Mittenabsenkung als die ursprüngliche Schaltung. Regler für Output, Tone und Fuzz ermöglichen es den Spielern, die samtigen Obertöne des Pedals anzupassen, vom herrlichen Crunch bei niedriger Fuzz-Einstellung bis hin zu einer kolossalen Fuzz-Wand.

The Way Huge Smalls Doom Hammer Fuzz is a compact pedal built to deliver thick saturation worthy of high-desert riffage and dense walls of fuzz straight from a '90s fever dream. The circuit is based on a modified op-amp-powered fuzz from 1978, which Jeorge Tripps refined for a tighter low end and more reliable live performance. This sonic sledge provides a less pronounced midrange scoop than the original circuit. Output, Tone, and Fuzz dials allow players to tailor the pedal's velvety harmonics, from delightful crunch at low Fuzz settings to a colossal wall of fuzz.

Der Doubleland Special Overdrive nimmt den punchigen, verwegenen Overrated Special Overdrive – designt für keinen geringeren als Joe Bonamassa – und packt 2 dieser Schaltkreise in dasselbe Gehäuse. Joe nutzt eine Seite für Humbucker und die andere für Single Coils. Und wenn du dich besonders risikofreudig fühlst kannst du beide Channels in Serie laufen lassen. Die Regler für beide Seiten funktionieren genauso wie beim Overrated Special. Der 50Hz Regler lässt dich den Punch in den Tiefmitten anheben – für tasty, groovy Licks, mit dem Volume Regler wird das Ausgangsvolumen des Schaltkreises bestimmt und der Tone Knob kontrolliert den Höhenanteil. Und der Drive Regler? Der steuert die Intensität des Overdrives. Die rechte Seite verwendet Slider für Volume, 500Hz und Drive, damit Joe den Drive einstellen und sich auf den Tone Knob konzentrieren kann. Der Doubleland Special Overdrive ist limitiert auf 1.000 Stück Weltweit, nummeriert und hand-signiert von Joe Bonamassa. Jedes Exemplar kommt mit einer Custom Pick Tin gefüllt mit 25th Anniversary Way Huge Picks und Joe’s Custom Silver Jazz III Picks.

The Doubleland Special Overdrive takes the bold and punchy Overrated Special OD—designed just for Joe Bonamassa—and doubles it up in a single housing. Joe uses one side for humbuckers and the other side for single coils. If you’re feeling particularly frisky, you can run both channels at the same time in Series mode by flipping the Series switch. The controls for each side work just like they do on the Overrated Special OD. The 500Hz control lets you punch up the low mids for tasty, groovy licks, with the Volume control setting pedal output, the Tone control shaping its sound, and the Drive control setting the overdrive intensity. The right-side circuit has sliders for the Volume, 500Hz, and Drive controls so that Joe can set them and forget them and focus on the Tone control, which he adjusts during sets. The Doubleland Special Overdrive is limited to 1,000 units worldwide, serial numbered and signed by Joe himself, and it comes with a custom Pick Tin featuring 25th Anniversary Way Huge Picks and Joe’s custom silver Jazz III Picks.
