Rotten is the result of a comprehensive analysis of the frequency curve patterns, gain/gain ratios, and timbre of three reference pedals among the "classic distortion": Rat, OCD, and DRV (1981). It offers warm drive, prominent mids, and rich harmonics. Its controls were developed to expand the possibilities of these renowned projects without losing the sonic essence of each proposal. It has become our most sophisticated and versatile design. It functions from a dirty booster to a defined low-gain overdrive, a full-bodied distortion, a modern Plexi-style drive, or a tight boost for high-gain amplifiers.

Der Clear Active Preamp (CAP BASS) wurde entwickelt, um den Sound deines Basses zu verstärken! Er bietet die nötige Flexibilität für Bassisten, indem er es ermöglicht, den Bass zu „aktivieren“, ohne die Elektronik des Instruments zu verändern, und ihn direkt ans Mischpult anzuschließen. Dieses Gerät vereint zwei Schaltkreise in einer Box: einen aktiven Preamp (EQ) und eine DI (Direct Box). Der Preamp besteht im Wesentlichen aus einem 3-Band-Baxandall-Equalizer (Bass, Mitten und Höhen). Wenn der Regler in der Mittelstellung ist, bleibt die EQ-Kurve im Verhältnis zum Eingangssignal relativ „flach“ und ermöglicht das Anheben oder Absenken der gewünschten Frequenzbereiche.

The Clear Active Preamp (CAP BASS) was developed to boost your bass sound! It provides the practicality that bassists need, allowing them to "activate" their bass without modifying the instrument's electronics and enabling direct line connection. This unit combines two circuits in a single box: an active preamp (EQ) and a DI (direct box). The preamp is essentially a 3-band Baxandall equalizer (bass, mid, and treble). When the knob is centered, the EQ remains relatively "flat" in relation to the input signal, allowing you to boost or cut the desired frequency ranges.
