Um ein analoges Delay im Vintage-Sound zu kreieren, haben wir das berühmte DM-2 als Ausgangspunkt für das Design genommen. Das Retro-Sonic Delay hat die üblichen Regler: Repeat Rate, Intensity und Echo. Ein zusätzlicher Regler verändert den Klang der Wiederholungen (Hi-Cut-Filter) und ermöglicht so dunklere und weichere Wiederholungen. Das Gerät liefert eine Verzögerungszeit von bis zu 800 ms mit zwei 4096-stufigen BBDs. Hochwertige Bauteile und Signalfilterung sorgen für einen leisen Betrieb. Zwei Fußschalter ermöglichen die Auswahl von Effekt/Bypass (True Bypass) und die Auswahl zwischen dem kurzen und dem langen Delayweg (~400ms und ~800ms). Dies ermöglicht eine feinere Kontrolle über den kurzen Delay-Bereich und bietet somit eine Delay- und Slap-Back-Auswahl mit dem Fuß.

To create a vintage sounding analog delay, we used the famous DM-2 as the starting point for the design. The Retro-Sonic Delay has the usual controls: Repeat Rate, Intensity and Echo. An additional control alters the tone of the repeats (hi-cut filter), allowing for darker and softer repeats. The unit delivers up to 800ms of delay time using two 4096 stage BBDs. Quality components and signal filtering ensure quiet operation. Two footswitches provide selection for effect/bypass (true bypass), and the selection between the short and long delay path (~400ms and ~800ms). This enables finer control over the short delay range effectively providing a delay and slap-back selection at your foot.

Das neue Retro-Sonic Chorus/Vibrato-Pedal bietet den unverwechselbaren satten Chorus und das echte Pitch-Shift-Vibrato des „CE-1“ aus den späten 70er Jahren mit vielen zusätzlichen Funktionen, die einen analogen BBD verwenden, um den einzigartigen Klang des Vintage Chorus Ensemble zu erzeugen. Diese modernisierte Version ist der Originalschaltung treu geblieben, verfügt aber über einen Blend-Regler, die Hi/Lo-Funktion des CE-1-Vorverstärkers, separate Rate/Depth-Regler und einen eingebauten Puffer, der zwischen Vintage- und Modern-Modus umgeschaltet werden kann.

Der Retro-Sonic Chorus ist in der Lage, eine breite Palette von Sounds zu erzeugen, vom analogen Chorus bis zum pulsierenden Vibrato. Die einzigartige Vibrato-Funktion, die im Original eingebaut war, simuliert einen rotierenden Leslie-Lautsprecher. Die Chorus- und Vibrato-Funktionen sind über einen Fußschalter wählbar, so dass die gewünschten Voreinstellungen separat beibehalten werden können.

The new Retro-Sonic Chorus/Vibrato pedal provides the distinctive lush chorus, and true pitch-shift vibrato of the late 70's “CE-1” with many additional features using an analog BBD to provide the vintage  Chorus Ensemble’s unique tone. This modernized take is faithful to the original circuit, but features a blend control, the CE-1 preamp hi/lo function, separate rate/depth controls and a built buffer which you can toggle for vintage or modern mode.

The Retro-Sonic Chorus is capable of a wide range of sounds, from analog chorusing to pulsating vibrato. The unique Vibrato feature that was incorporated on the original nicely simulates a Leslie rotating speaker. The chorus and vibrato functions are selectable through a footswitch control, allowing desired presets to be maintained separately.

Der Retro-Sonic Compressor basiert auf dem berühmten grauen Ross-Kompressor, der für seine sanfte Kompression und sein Ansprechverhalten bekannt ist. Das Ross-Design wurde mit den feinsten Komponenten aktualisiert und bietet eine saubere, glatte Kompression mit geringem Rauschen, während die tonale Integrität der Gitarre erhalten bleibt. Du wirst bemerken, dass die Pegel von Note zu Note glatter und konsistenter sind, dass Akkorde und Picking straffer und detaillierter sind und dass das Sustain bei Verwendung mit einem übersteuerten Verstärker lange anhält!

The Retro-Sonic Compressor is based on the famous gray Ross Compressor known for is smooth compression and attack response. The Ross design is updated with the finest components, providing clean, smooth compression with low noise, while retaining the guitars tonal integrity. You will notice note-to-note levels that are smoother and more consistent, chords and picking that is tighter and more detailed, and sustain that will last and last when used with an overdriven amp!

Das Retro-Sonic Distortion-Pedal basiert auf dem klassischen RAT-Design und verfügt über einen True-Bypass mit Distortion-, Tone-, Ratness- und Level-Reglern, die viele klangliche Möglichkeiten von subtil verzerrten Blues-Sounds bis hin zu klassischem Rock und Metal bieten.

Mit dem neuen Ratness-Regler wird die Verstärkung der höheren Frequenzen eingestellt. Dies gibt dem Distortion-Benutzer die Möglichkeit, die Gesamtreaktion des Pedals an seinen Geschmack anzupassen, indem er den Anteil der hohen oder tiefen Frequenzen reduziert oder erhöht. Mehr klangliche Flexibilität kann durch mehrere Clipping-Optionen über einen dreistufigen Mini-Kippschalter erreicht werden, der symmetrisches Dioden-, asymmetrisches Dioden- oder LED-Clipping auswählt.

Der Distortion ist mit Metallfilmwiderständen, Folienkondensatoren und einer doppelseitigen Platine für einen rauschfreien Betrieb ausgestattet.

The Retro-Sonic Distortion pedal is based on the classic RAT design, features true bypass with Distortion, Tone, Ratness and level controls providing many tonal possibilities from subtly distorted blues tones through classic rock and metal.

​The new Ratness control adjusts the higher frequency gain. This gives the Distortion user the option to tailor the overall response of the pedal to taste, by reducing or increasing the mix of high or low end content. More tonal flexibility can be explored through multiple clipping options via a three-position mini toggle switch that selects symmetrical-diode, asymmetrical-diode, or LED clipping. 

​The Distortion is built using metal film resistors, film capacitors, and a double-sided circuit board for noise free operation.

Distortion

The Phaser is based on the classic 4 stage Script circuit with a few additions for a more versatile pedal. Along with the Rate, the Retro-Sonic Phaser has a Depth control which allows you to dial in the intensity of the effect, as well as a level control to match unity gain, or even provide a little boost if desired. All pedals will have a matched set of FETs for the best possible phasing experience, and of course True Bypass is standard.
