The Super-Extra Five Thousand features two independent, true-bypass channels:
The Amplifier Driver and The Super Booster.

The Amplifier Driver channel is a perfectly voiced drive-channel with a clean amp, or a damned fine way to push a dirty amp into all out high-gain mayhem.
The Amplifier Driver is nearly impossibly dynamic and can get totally clean, just by softening your pick attack or rolling back your guitar volume control, and it is not impedance sensitive so its incredible dynamics are retained with passive and active pickups alike.
It's got that elusive, super-sweet top-end with incredible articulation, detail and response, and can be fed directly into the Super Booster which generates +1dB to +14dB of pure, clean volume-- perfect for popping out for a lead or REALLY banging your amp.

You can also simply use the Super Booster on its own as a VERY powerful clean booster or effects chain buffer/driver.

The Super-Extra Five Thousand's ideally matched impedances allow it to seamlessly integrate anywhere in your effects chain.

Speaking of bass, the name ThunderClaw is sure apt for the low-end the pedal is capable of generating, doling out heaps of clear and powerful grunt, while never getting flubby or farty. Its active treble circuit slices through near any dense mix and can just as easily be softened such that the razor’s edge is never felt. The distortion is clear, articulate and responsive, and as a result of clever engineering, the ThunderClaw can clean up at any place in the effects chain simply by reducing the volume entering its powerful circuit.
