The PC-2A is a true vintage studio compressor in a stompbox—there are no cheap VCA chips, opamps or budget components in the signal path which is 100% analogue and built on a hand selected photocell, polyester coupling capacitors, precision resistors (with silver/palladium contacts) and Sylvania N.O.S. (new old stock) 6111 sub-miniature tube operating at real amp plate voltages all on a special silver-plated printed circuit board.
The tube circuitry delivers stacks of head-room and very, very low noise floor for outstanding dynamics, preserving the attack characteristics while creating musical and natural compression—the PC-2A wraps your signal in velvet, enhancing your guitar tone without stamping a solid-state signature on it. Useful in live situations for adding ‘punch’ or fattening up thin single coil pickups and indispensable when recording direct to digital audio workstations (computer) to prevent nasty transient distortion artefacts that modern digital recording devices produce if overloaded.

CIOKS CRUX is the ultimate add-on to CIOKS DC7 if you are using a Neural DSP Quad Cortex, a Line 6 HX-series pedal or another power-hungry 9V or 12V multi-effects pedal. Simply connect the CRUX to the 24V outlet on DC7, set the correct voltage on CRUX, connect the appropriate CIOKS Flex cable from CRUX to your multi-effect pedal and you are good to go. 

Using CRUX frees up the outlets on DC7 that would otherwise be needed to run these devices (for instance four for a Neural DSP Quad Cortex and two outlets for a Line HX Stomp), allowing you to run more pedals along with your multi-effects device. CRUX therefore provides a simpler, more reliable setup and gives you more options for connecting additional pedals.

A fully analog stereo loop switcher designed to break boundaries. 
Each stereo loop can be broken up into 2x mono loops with an Y-cable and in the looper used as 2x complete independent mono loops (Y-TRS-Cables). Und das in einem flachen Gehäuse, das sogar unter ein Pedaltrain Nano Board passt. Das stattliche Kraftwerk bietet laut Angaben des dänischen Herstellers bei 9 Volt massive 4620 mA Strom und wäre damit rein rechnerisch in der Lage, ca. 577 Tubescreamer-Pedale (!) in Betrieb zu halten.

If you use effects pedals, whether on stage or in the studio, running them from a high-quality power supply is essential to getting the best performance and lowest noise out of them. The best power supplies have regulated, electrically isolated outputs, and that gives the same electrical separation as when running the pedals from batteries — but without the obvious disadvantages! There are several excellent power supplies available that offer such features, but CIOKS have managed to come up with an incredibly compact solution, seemingly without compromising on quality or flexibility.

On more subtle settings the Phaseomatic tube phaser pedal creates a beautiful, natural sounding vibrato (frequency modulation) and shimmering phasing effects, utilising exactly the same one- and two-stage “Cathodyne” tube circuitry used to in those incredible vintage Magnatone® amps. However, the Phaseomatic’s all-tube circuitry has two additional Cathodyne phase inverters, which allow it to generate a much richer, deeper vibrato and even intense, deep “tunnel” phasing as well as a host of cosmic and spacious sound effects heard on many 1950′s “B” science fiction movie soundtracks.

The Delta-Trem™ authentically recreates the alluring, hypnotic tone and feel of vintage guitar amp tremolo in S-T-E-R-E-O! This is accomplished using vacuum tubes and an archaic, long forgotten electronic component known as a ‘Raysistor’, essentially a tiny filament lamp and photocell housed together in a small metal can. The combination of Raysistor and all-tube circuitry tube creates an exceptionally smooth, rich and musical tremolo effect that blends well with clean and overdriven guitar sounds. The true stereo signal path allows the Delta-Trem to operate as a mono tremolo with a single guitar amp or into two amps, where the sound ping-pongs between them creating a huge, 3-D, spacious tone.

Dunlop's EP101 Echoplex Preamp recreates the magic of the EP-3's front end, featuring a Field-effect Transistor (FET) just like the original and following the exact same signal path. The Gain control allows you to boost your signal by up to +11dB, with light asymmetrical clipping at higher settings for a bit of nice organic grit.

The Echoplex EP-3 tape echo unit is famous for its deliciously warm, organic modulation and sweet musical voice—a key component to some of the most iconic guitar tones from the '70s onward. The original EP-3 units, however, are expensive, temperamental, and larger than a VCR.

That's where the EP103 Echoplex Delay comes in. It's the size of a Phase 90, and it delivers the EP-3's legendary tones with a simple control interface and a hi-fi all-analog dry path. The Delay control sets the time between repeats—from 65ms to 750ms—the Sustain control sets the number of repeats, and the Volume control sets the output level of your repeats.

Die wohl beste Geheimwaffe, von der du wahrscheinlich noch nicht wusstest, dass du sie brauchst! Gerade wir Pedal-Nerds laufen Gefahr unseren Sound mit endlosen Pedalketten in den Ruin zu treiben. Der Feind heißt Kapazität, ein Problem das bei zu langen Kabelwegen undn ich zuletzt schlechten Schaltungen auftritt und das Signal High End kostet und es schwach und charakterlos klingen lässt. Ein Trugschluss, der dies noch unterstützt is die Annahme dass True Bypass immer gut ist, denn ganz stimmt dies leider nicht. Der Little Black Buffer kommt genau hier ins Spiel und versorgt dein Rig mit genau der richtigen Eingangsimpedanz, damit du am Ende einen klaren, natürlichen Sound hast, der klingt als hättest du dich direkt in den Amp gestöpselt.

This may be the greatest weapon you didn’t know you needed. For those of us who are a little “pedal happy” there can be some downfall to our tone. When running a pedal board with more than one or two effects, something called “capacitance” happens. This natural problem happens due to the amount of cable or line that your signal has to travel through, not to mention bad switching systems in certain pedals. The result is a very audible amount of high-end loss, weak signal, flabby bass and uncharacteristic pickup behavior in guitars. Another problem is the assumption that all “true bypass” is good. This isn’t true and actually can be worse than imagined. This is where the “Little Black Buffer” steps in providing the perfect input impedance to your rig and giving you the final result of clear, natural tone that sounds like you're plugged straight into your amp.

The micro-Thumpinator is a bandwidth optimizer designed for bass guitar. It removes the low frequency signals that are outside the range of notes produced by the instrument.

Infrasonic frequencies cannot be reproduced by standard bass cabinets but they often make amplifiers clip, especially when they are set to boost the lower frequencies. The Thumpinator filters the signal content optimising the energy delivered by the amplifier. Low-frequency clip is substantially reduced and the sound is tighter especially at high volume levels.

The micro-Thumpinator accepts instrument and line level signals. It can be used between preamplifier and amplifier, between bass and amplifier or anywhere in the effect chain (line or instrument level). It can also be connected directly to an audio interface.
