Die überarbeiteten RockBoard® MODs V2 sind einfache all-in-one Patchbays für die RockBoard Pedalboard Series mit einem neuen, überarbeiteten Design und einem kompakten Gehäuse. Passend für alle neuen RockBoards® (außer der DUO-Serie) mit einem MOD-Slot, bieten sie als komfortable Patchbay verschiedene Kabelverbindungen, um eine weite Reihe von Bedürfnissen abzudecken. Mit den RockBoard® MODs kannst du deine Pedale dauerhaft unter dem Board verkabeln und alle Verbindungen zu und von deinem Effektsetup in einem praktischen Modul organisieren. Die RockBoard® MODs bieten einen zentralen Zugangspunkt vom Instrument zum Verstärker sowie eine praktische und einfache Stromversorgung des Boards über einen IEC- und einen 2,1 x 5,5 Barrel-Through-Stromanschluss. Das RockBoard® MOD 2 V2 wurde als Patchbay speziell für MIDI-basierte Setups, Verstärker und Geräte sowie eine USB-Verbindung zwischen Pedalboard und Computer oder Soundkarte entwickelt. Mit vier TRS-Through-Verbindungen lässt sich das MOD 2 V2 perfekt in True Stereo Setups von Keyboards oder Synthesizern integrieren oder als zentraler Zugang und Ausgang des Boards nutzen. Alternativ lassen sich Effektpedale im Front End und im Effekt-Loop des Verstärkers postieren (4-Kabel Methode).

The improved RockBoard® MODs V2 are simple all-in-one patchbays for RockBoard pedalboards with a new, refreshed design, and compact housing. Utilizing the MOD slot on all new RockBoards® (except the DUO series), they provide various cable connections to fit a wide variety of needs as a convenient patchbay. With the RockBoard® MODs, you can permanently connect your pedals underneath your board and organize all connections to and from your effects setup in one convenient module. The RockBoard® MODs provide a central access point from your instrument to your amp, as well as your power supply via IEC, and a 2.1 x 5.5 barrel thru power connector. The RockBoard® MOD 2 V2 is a pass-thru box especially designed for MIDI-controlled amplifiers and devices, USB connections to a computer, or a sound card. The 4x TRS thru connections will also work great for true stereo setups with keyboards or synthesizers. Das Mini Mounting MOD TRS ermöglicht einen bequemen Zugang zur Signalversorgung der Pedale auf dem Board. Es passt perfekt in die Befestigungslöcher des RockBoard® LED-Lights und ist eine vielseitig einsetzbare, saubere Montage-Lösung auf allen Pedalboards der RockBoard® Serie. Der zentrale Zugang zur Signalversorgung erfolgt durch eine TRS 6,3 mm Stereoklinkenbuchse. Da es sich bei den Klinkenbuchsen um Durchgangsbuchsen handelt, ist auch in umgekehrter Richtung eine Weiterleitung von Signalen an externe Pedale, wie z.B. Wah, möglich. Auch sind, durch die Verwendung von TRS-Stereo-Buchsen, „Send/Return“-Anwendungen (A- = Tip und B- = Ring) einfach realisierbar.

The Mini Mounting MOD TRS provides convenient access to the signal supply of the pedals on the board. It fits perfectly into the RockBoard® LED Light mounting holes and is a versatile, clean mounting solution on all RockBoard® series pedalboards. Central access to the signal supply is provided by a TRS 6.3 mm stereo jack socket. Since the Mini Mounting MOD TRS uses through-connections between the inner and outer jacks, it is also possible to pass signals in the reverse direction to external pedals, such as Wah. Also, by using TRS stereo jacks, „send/return“ applications (A- = tip and B- = ring) are easy to realize.

MIDI 4 x LOOP ermöglicht das Hinzufügen von vier zusätzlichen Effektschleifen zum Gitarrensystem. MIDI 4 x LOOP (M4L) ist ein Schleifenumschalter, der über die MIDI-Schnittstelle (über Program Change- oder Control Change-Befehle) oder manuell über die Tasten gesteuert wird. Mit den MIDI-Befehlen ist es auch möglich, das Signal stummzuschalten (z. B. für lautloses Stimmen).
M4L sollte über einen programmierbaren MIDI-Controller gesteuert werden (der das Programmieren der gewünschten Anzahl von PROG CHANGE- oder CTRL CHANGE-Befehlen für ein bestimmtes Preset ermöglicht).

MIDI 4 X LOOP allows to add four additional effects' loops to the guitar system. MIDI 4 x LOOP (M4L) is a loops' switcher controlled by MIDI interface (by Program Change or Control Change commands) or manually, by using the buttons. Using the MIDI commands it is also possible to mute the signal (e.g. for silent tuning).
M4L should be controlled by programmable MIDI controller (which enables to progra<m desired No. of PROG CHANGE or CTRL CHANGE command for a given preset).

Housed in a beautiful powder coated Blue 16ga. steel enclosure, the dual-channel Full-Drive 2 Mosfet gives you the best of both worlds. The first channel is the Overdrive Mode, capable of clean boost or non-compressed overdrive or choose light to medium softer overdrives all while retaining your guitar's original tone. The Tone knob is a very effective presence control that can smooth out or add upper harmonics. The OCD pedal is the only pedal that uses 2 x Mosfets configured as hard-clipping to 'Voltage reference" instead of the usual way: to ground." The earliest OCDs used 2 x Mosfets plus 1 x Germanium diode, but very quickly these diodes became harder and harder to find, and they became expensive.

Recently I stumbled across a reasonably large stash of the right kind of Germanium diodes so I ponied-up and bought all of them. So I decided to do a run of the ultimate OCD: a Custom Shop offering with a few circuit tweaks using 2 x Mosfets plus 2 x Germanium diodes, and one hell of a beautiful paint job... Metallic Teal with a chrome undercoat! This beauty morphs between blues and greens depending on the light and angle. And what would the ultimate OCD be without a Blue LED? The sound? Great definition, more tube-like feel, a bit wider dynamic range, more sustain, and a more focused single-note tone. And as with all Fulltone pedals... 100% Built in the USA.
