We no longer need to introduce this famous circular fuzz pedal, which produced the iconic sound of many guitarists in the 60’s.
With its two volume and gain controls forming a smiling face, it offers a unique sound going from a creamy and dynamic fuzz to a powerful and punchy fuzz with sharp trebles.

The extremely simple circuit offers a lot of space for customization, hence our own interpretation of the mythical pedal with the Feed Me.
The Feed Me mk3 is ultra versatile and customizable. You can get the classic sound of the 60’s model, rich in trebles and sustain.
But also a thick and fat fuzz, for more modern sounds close to stoner tones. Or a garage rock style gated fuzz by using the Crack and Smash controls for a velcro texture.
While remaining ultra expressive and responsive as always to the guitar’s volume and tone controls, with the Feed control, for warm cleans.

When we released our original Compressor back in 2011, it quickly became a favourite among guitar and bass players alike who were searching for something more than the typical oversimplified controls found on most compressor pedals. Although our original Compressor sounded great on bass (and still does!) we set out to do even better. 
On top of the full range of features and controls normally only seen in high end studio equipment, such as input and gain reduction metering, independent attack and release controls, a mix knob for parallel compression, and an external sidechain insert, we’ve now added a fully variable sidechain high pass filter, and a two position ‘tone + colour’ circuit which adds gentle tone sculpting and harmonic distortion, giving your bass some delicious character.

It's frustrating to hear the signal deterioration when playing through a chain of effects. Because of the narrow dynamic range and multiple filtering, these effects greatly disturb the directness and trueness of the guitar signal. Pro-audio mixers standardized Aux send/return function to help solve this problem. This preserved the integrity of the guitar'ssignal and dynamics by feeding the effect with the unaffected signal. The X-Blender incorporates pro-audio engineering technology to solve the sonic imperfection some effects produce and was designed to be completely transparent.

Players like Jimmy Page, Paul Kossoff and countless other relied on this type of tone for their signature sound. Xotic has recreated this vintage masterpiece in a rugged small enclosure. The SL Drive offers very amp-like response and cleans up nicely with a roll of your guitar’s volume knob. The internal dip switches allow you to choose the sound characteristics of both 1959 models. The “Super Lead” setting offers a brighter tone with more gain, while the “Super Bass” setting has more low end with less highs. This compact design is a powerful tool for the working musicians.
