Description

Created in collaboration with blues guitarist Joe Bonamassa, the dual-effect enclosure combines two signature analog circuits. The drive section utilizes the Overrated Special Overdrive circuit, modified from the Green Rhino architecture to emphasize low-mid frequencies via an adjustable 500Hz control. The modulation section incorporates the Blue Hippo analog chorus circuit, configured specifically with a custom delay time tailored for rotating speaker emulation. Both effect circuits operate completely independently or in series with true-hardwire bypass switching. The unit provides dynamic, touch-responsive saturation paired with thick bucket-brigade style modulation. Analog tone shaping enables seamless transitions between transparent grit and rich, rotary textures.
