The improved RockBoard® MODs V2 are simple all-in-one patchbays for RockBoard pedalboards with a new, refreshed design, and compact housing. The RockBoard® MODs provide a central access point from your instrument to your amp, as well as your power supply via IEC, and a 2.1 x 5.5 barrel thru power connector. The RockBoard® MOD 3 V2 is a pass-thru box designed for use by vocalists and acoustic players. Using this system will allow you to have your pedalboard up to 90m (300ft) away from your amplifier without suffering from cable loss that is typical with standard unbalanced ¼” cable at 6m (20ft).

The ‘TA LINK’ system comprises of a single stereo Transmitter (TX) and two mono Receivers (RX).  The Transmitter converts an unbalanced signal via ¼” to a balanced signal via XLR.  This balanced signal is then transmitted up to 90m (300ft) to the Receiver.  The Receiver converts the balanced signal via XLR back to an unbalanced signal via ¼”.  This unbalanced signal is now again suitable for standard audio amplifiers.

Boss might not be the first name to spring to mind if you were seeking a really esoteric reverb, but the new Boss RV‑500 not only bears comparison with its aforementioned rivals in terms of sound quality and effect variety, but it also offers a number of useful functions that most of its rivals can’t.

Das Boss DD-500, ein High End Delay des japanischen Effektgeräte-Herstellers, kann mit 12 Delay-Programmen, 32 Bit/96 kHz Signalverarbeitung, bis zu 297 Speicherplätzen und einem Looper aufwarten und ist mit dieser Ausstattung naturgemäß in einer etwas höheren Preisklasse angesiedelt. Allein diese Eckdaten sind einigermaßen imposant, aber die Marke Boss und der Mutterkonzern Roland haben bereits in der Vergangenheit – zum Beispiel mit dem DD-20, dem Space Echo oder dem Tera Echo – bewiesen, dass man durchaus auch in unterschiedlichen Preiskategorien in der Lage ist, uns Gitarristen mit amtlichen Delay-Sounds zu versorgen.

The Boss DD-500 is one of the few Boss pedals which are, because of their size, less pedalboard friendly. Therefor, it offers up to 10 seconds maximum delay time, tap tempo and tape emulation.
Other features of the stereo pedal that allows to choose a true bypass or a buffered processing, are modulation, expression pedal and midi input.
Furthermore, you can lead different delays (modulation models) on several channels and run the pedal serial as well as parallel.
All things considered, the 9V pedal with integrated looper provides an extremely extensive menu including tone shaping options.
Nevertheless, the Boss DD-500 which is still produced today is not really legendary and its sound is quite sterile. This is why this digital delay is a 3 of 10 on my cult factor scale.

From the outside, the One Series Vertigo Tremolo is a very straight forward effects pedal. Four knobs, three presets accessible via toggle switch already give a lot of control over the sound of this tremolo device. And one doesn’t just get a digital approximation of a tremolo – the Vertigo Tremolo sounds absolutely like a real, deep, warm amp-trem.
Connected to a smart phone via the free Neuro App a new world of features like progressive tremolo patterns, additional modulation effects, parametric EQ settings and a lot more opens up to the user. All the settings of course can be saved to one of the three toggle positions or one of the 128 MIDI presets.

Das ursprüngliche Remote Loopy2 ermöglichte es, dein Setup mit zwei zusätzlichen programmierbaren Loops zu erweitern – doch zwei Fragen wurden uns immer wieder gestellt: Kann man es in Stereo nutzen? Und kann man es per MIDI schalten?

Hier ist das GigRig Remotest Loopy2.

Wir haben den Klassiker überarbeitet und einen parallelen Signalweg hinzugefügt, sodass du jetzt MONO- oder STEREO-Effekte verwenden kannst. Außerdem haben wir MIDI integriert, sodass du die Loops entweder mit einem TRS-Fußschalter oder per PC-/CC-MIDI-Nachrichten aktivieren kannst.

Die beiden True-Bypass-Passivloops sind mit allen Effekten kompatibel – von modernen digitalen bis hin zu klassischen analogen Pedalen und allem dazwischen. Sie können sowohl vor dem Verstärker als auch im Effektweg deines Amps eingesetzt werden.

Zusätzlich haben wir am Ausgang einen schaltbaren, hochwertigen True-Stereo-Puffer integriert, um die Impedanzen konstant zu halten.

Wenn du einfach ein paar zusätzliche programmierbare Loops für dein Board brauchst – mono oder stereo – bist du mit dem Remotest Loopy2 bestens bedient.

Introducing TheGigRig Remotest Loopy2

We’ve updated the classic by adding a parallel signal path so now you can use MONO or STEREO effects. We've also added MIDI so you can activate the loops using a TRS remote switch or via PC/CC MIDI messages.

The 2 True Bypass passive effects loops can be used with any effects from modern digital to vintage analog and everything in between. It can be placed in front of the amp or in your amp’s fx loop.

We’ve also added a switchable true stereo, high quality, buffer on the output to keep your impedances consistent.

If you just need a couple of extra programable loops for your board, mono or stereo, the Remotest Loopy2 will get you sorted.
