The Roto Choir recreates both the rotating lower speaker and the treble rotor horn –the only way to attain that complex, multi-dimensional tone. In fact, the Roto Choir utilizes a specifically formulated SansAmp technology to deliver the entire signal chain –from the original tube power amp to the speaker and high-frequency rotor horn, to the microphone used to capture it. This is HD, 3D emulation.

The simple controls hide a wealth of options. Drive adds just the right amount of compression, harmonics and grit. Low and High sculpt the tube amp emulation with powerful EQ curves. The Fast/Slow footswitch allows users to ramp up, slow down or even stop the rotating speaker. There’s also a dedicated control to custom set the Top Speed of your rotor. Want to vary the intensity of the effect? Simply adjust the Position control to move the Roto Choir’s virtual mic closer or further from the horns. Other features include a biamped/single-speaker mode switch, stereo output and a Speaker Sim switch for direct recording.

Sie setzten das Delay oft und gerne ein, neben dem warm klingenden Bandecho-Sound auch wegen seines Preamps, mit dem man einen Amp noch etwas heißer anfahren und zu etwas mehr Zerre überreden konnte.

 The Catalinbread Belle Epoch Tape Echo, has tape echo sounds so authentic you’d swear there was tape inside the pedal! Inspired by the Maestro Echoplex, EP-3 model, perhaps the most famous tape delay ever, the Belle Epoch features everything we love about the EP-3 in a small, maintenance free pedal format. We felt that a “tape echo” pedal was much more than just a standard digital delay with some “filtering” on the repeats. There are a lot of subtle and not-so-subtle traits of the Echoplex that needed to be implemented in order to be authentic. The preamp, the self-oscillation character, the ability to control the “record level” of the signal hitting “tape”, the wow and flutter, the way the repeats decay, the way the circuit interfaces with the amp and other pedals – all these things were important to get right. The original unit was used as a musical instrument unto itself and this is what we captured with the Belle Epoch.

Inspired by the match-made-in-heaven of vintage effects found on 60s American amps, White Whale V2 sets out a new objective to pack bigger real spring reverb and tremolo sounds in the same pedalboard friendly enclosure (17 x 12,5 x 7,5 cm).

The 3-spring reverb tank assembly housed inside White Whale’s enclosure has remained the same, but we have upgraded the power amp driving the springs for increased headroom and wider frequency response. Following the signal topography of vintage units we have also upgraded the dwell control to allow you to dial the right amount of signal that goes into the springs for a mellower or splashier reverb sound. Real spring reverb found in 60s American tube amps and external reverb units featured a tube power amp driving the spring assembly via an output transformer, so we have delicately tuned an analog circuit to emulate the tube and output transformer saturation that was produced on higher dwell settings.

Der legendäre STEREO CHORUS FLANGER war das erste Produkt von TC Electronic. Überhaupt! Unser Gründer, der auch Musiker ist, ärgerte sich in den 70er Jahren über die Qualität der verfügbaren Effektpedale - sie waren einfach zu laut. Also machte er sich als Ingenieur daran, ein Pedal zu entwickeln, das seinen Erwartungen und hohen Ansprüchen gerecht werden würde. So wurde 1976 das SCF geboren, und der Rest ist Geschichte, wie man so schön sagt. Aber hey! Niemand hat gesagt, dass die Geschichte zu Ende ist. Im Gegenteil, wir schreiben diese Geschichte weiter. The legendary STEREO CHORUS FLANGER was the first TC Electronic product. Ever! Our founder, who is also a musician, was annoyed with the quality of effect pedals available back in the 70s – they were just so noisy. So, being an engineer, he set out to design a pedal that would live up to his expectations and high standards. That was how the SCF was born all the way back in 1976, and the rest is history as they say. But hey! No one said the story was over. On the contrary, we’re adding to that history. Unser Flaggschiff-Pedal, das Supro Delay, bietet die Vintage-Echoeffekte der 60er und 70er Jahre und präsentiert gleichzeitig die neueste Pedaltechnologie. Das vollständig analoge Supro Delay ist mit einem Paar Hochspannungs-IC-Chips MN3005 ausgestattet, die eine Verzögerungszeit von bis zu 600 ms erzeugen können und gleichzeitig den Headroom, den Dynamikbereich und die Klarheit erheblich steigern. Der neu entwickelte Filterknopf reicht von Tiefpass- bis Bandpassfunktionen und reicht von dunklen, warmen und düsteren Tönen bis hin zu klaren und hellen Bandechos. Darüber hinaus bietet eine zuweisbare Expression-Pedalsteuerung dem Spieler die Möglichkeit, zwischen Wiederholungen, Zeit und Pegel zu wechseln und gleichzeitig die benutzerdefinierten Knopfeinstellungen beizubehalten. Läuft mit Standard-9 VDC.

Our flagship pedal, the Supro Delay offers the vintage echo effects of the 60s and 70s while showcasing the latest in pedal technology. The all-analog Supro Delay comes equipped with a pair of high-voltage MN3005 IC chips capable of producing up to 600ms of delay time, while providing dramatically increased headroom, dynamic range, and clarity. The newly-designed Filter knob ranges from low-pass to band-pass functions, spanning from dark, warm, and murky tones to crisp and bright tape echoes. Additionally, an assignable Expression pedal control provides the player with the ability to switch between Repeats, Time, and Level while maintaining custom knob settings. Runs on standard 9VDC.
