Die überarbeiteten RockBoard® MODs V2 sind einfache all-in-one Patchbays für die RockBoard Pedalboard Series mit einem neuen, überarbeiteten Design und einem kompakten Gehäuse. Das RockBoard® MOD 3 V2 ist eine Patchbay für Sänger und Akustik-Musiker. Über die zwei XLR-Ausgänge kannst du ein Stereo-Signal von dein MOD senden und an den XLR-Eingang lässt sich ein Mikrofon anschließen. Mit drei TRS-Through-Verbindungen lässt sich das MOD 3 V2 außerdem als zentraler Zugang und Ausgang des Boards nutzen um zum Beispiel Effektpedale in den FX-Loop eines Verstärkers einzuschleifen.

The improved RockBoard® MODs V2 are simple all-in-one patchbays for RockBoard pedalboards with a new, refreshed design, and compact housing. Utilizing the MOD slot on all new RockBoards® (except the DUO series), they provide various cable connections to fit a wide variety of needs as a convenient patchbay. With the RockBoard® MODs, you can permanently connect your pedals underneath your board and organize all connections to and from your effects setup in one convenient module. The RockBoard® MODs provide a central access point from your instrument to your amp, as well as your power supply via IEC, and a 2.1 x 5.5 barrel thru power connector. The RockBoard® MOD 3 V2 is a pass-thru box designed for use by vocalists and acoustic players. The 2x XLR outputs allow you to send a stereo signal from your MOD and the 1x XLR input can be used to connect your microphone. You can also use it to run several pedals from your board through the effects loop of your amp, or simply use the MOD as a central access point to your pedalboard.

The Bonsai is JHS tribute to one of the greatest pedals ever created  the Tube Screamer. Following in the steps of their Muffuletta, the Bonsai utilizes a simple rotary knob to switch through nine classic, vintage, rare, or hard to find variations of the Screamer. The Bonsai is exact replication, not emulation.  When you choose a mode on the Bonsai rotary, you are actually activating components specific to each mode and playing the circuit Josh chose along with all the quirks, drift, vintage mojo, and individuality that a vintage pedal has.

Das Boss DD-500, ein High End Delay des japanischen Effektgeräte-Herstellers, kann mit 12 Delay-Programmen, 32 Bit/96 kHz Signalverarbeitung, bis zu 297 Speicherplätzen und einem Looper aufwarten und ist mit dieser Ausstattung naturgemäß in einer etwas höheren Preisklasse angesiedelt. Allein diese Eckdaten sind einigermaßen imposant, aber die Marke Boss und der Mutterkonzern Roland haben bereits in der Vergangenheit – zum Beispiel mit dem DD-20, dem Space Echo oder dem Tera Echo – bewiesen, dass man durchaus auch in unterschiedlichen Preiskategorien in der Lage ist, uns Gitarristen mit amtlichen Delay-Sounds zu versorgen.

The Boss DD-500 is one of the few Boss pedals which are, because of their size, less pedalboard friendly. Therefor, it offers up to 10 seconds maximum delay time, tap tempo and tape emulation.
Other features of the stereo pedal that allows to choose a true bypass or a buffered processing, are modulation, expression pedal and midi input.
Furthermore, you can lead different delays (modulation models) on several channels and run the pedal serial as well as parallel.
All things considered, the 9V pedal with integrated looper provides an extremely extensive menu including tone shaping options.
Nevertheless, the Boss DD-500 which is still produced today is not really legendary and its sound is quite sterile. This is why this digital delay is a 3 of 10 on my cult factor scale.

It offers extensive control via MIDI, supporting up to 128 presets, and features three selectable bypass modes including true bypass and DSP trails. The Plate program is specifically inspired by the classic EMT 140 analog plate reverb for smooth and even diffusion.

Der Iron Horse V2 ist eine Rückkehr zum klassischen Verzerrer: dick, druckvoll, riffig und rüpelhaft. Das True-Bypass-High-Gain-Ungetüm wurde aktualisiert, um den Hengst zu lenken oder die Zügel für einen voll verzerrten Ansturm loszulassen. Wenn man den Gain zurückdreht, kann man ihn als dicken, warmen Overdrive verwenden. Das Iron Horse verfügt über drei Verzerrungsmodi, die mit einem Kippschalter zwischen verschiedenen Clipping-Dioden umgeschaltet werden können, um den Ton der Verzerrung noch vielseitiger zu gestalten. Links wird etwas Kompression erzeugt. Rechts wird eine stärkere Kompression erzeugt und in der Mitte wird ein weit offenes, nicht komprimiertes Signal erzeugt.

The Halloween tradition continues with the 2018 limited Iron Horse V2 Illustrated by Andrey Pridybaylo. Inspired by the mythological creature Cerberus, or the “Hound of Hades", this beastly creature will compliment the fiercest of down-tuned riffs you can throw at it. 
 

The Iron Horse V2 is a return to the classic distortion: thick, punchy, riffy and rowdy. The true bypass, high gain behemoth has been updated to help steer the stallion or let the reins loose for full on distorted onslaught. Dial back the gain and it can be used as a thick, warm overdrive. The Iron Horse has three distortion modes operated by a toggle switch that changes between different clipping diodes providing more versatility in shaping the tone of the distortion. Left will give some compression. Right will give you a higher amount of compression and middle will give you a wide open, non compressed signal.
 

The Iron Horse V2 updates are as follows:
- Updated the Level control so that it is easier to dial in unity gain. 
- Updated the Tone control to allow more treble to be dialed in if desired. 
- Updated Distortion control to smooth out the range of distortion making it easier to dial in lower gain tones.
 

The Iron Horse V2 comes in a Galaxy Gold finish with black ink. Artwork by illustrator Adam Forster features a new battle ready stallion cloaked in armor.
