Es wurde von CEO und Analog-Ingenieur Gregg Stock entwickelt und basiert auf einer klassischen Fuzz Face®-Schaltung, wurde jedoch für moderne Zuverlässigkeit optimiert. Das Canoga ist extrem interaktiv mit dem Volume-Poti der Gitarre und lässt sich hervorragend zu klaren, „gläsernen“ Sounds zurückregeln, ohne an Höhen zu verlieren. Im Gegensatz zu Strymons digitalen Flaggschiffen ist das Canoga ein „Puristen“-Pedal ohne digitale Signalverarbeitung oder MIDI.

Designed by CEO and analog engineer Gregg Stock, it is based on a classic Fuzz Face® circuit but refined for modern reliability and consistency. It is specifically engineered to be highly interactive with the guitar's volume knob, cleaning up beautifully into "glassy" tones while maintaining treble clarity. Unlike Strymon's digital powerhouses, the Canoga is a "purist" pedal with zero digital processing and no MIDI, focusing purely on the raw, tactile relationship between the player, the pedal, and the amp.
