Mit den Reglern Loudness, Sustain, Filter, Scoop und Crunch lässt sich der Sound von sattem Crunch bis hin zu purem Fuzz-Chaos gestalten. Der Filter bietet eine charakteristische Bandpass-Sweep für Volumen und „Biss“, während der Scoop-Regler Mitten absenkt oder einen neutraleren Mittenbereich ermöglicht. Im Inneren steuern zwei Mini-Schalter: Voice, der die Intensität des externen Scoop-Effekts von leicht bis stark reguliert, und Clip, der zwischen unterschiedlichen Dioden fürs Clipping wechselt – so bekommt man entweder einen weicheren oder brutaleren Sustain. Robust verarbeitet, mit True-Bypass und jede Menge Gain – und wie gesagt: „mehr Fuzz als ein verschimmelter Pfirsich!“

The Way Huge Swollen Pickle Jumbo Fuzz MKII delivers earth-shaking, high-gain fuzz with a huge personality. With its Loudness, Sustain, Filter, Scoop, and Crunch controls you can go from tight, saturated crunch to an all-out fuzz apocalypse. The Filter offers a trademark bandpass sweep for tonal girth and sizzle, while the Scoop mid-cut tone stack lets you sculpt classic mid-scooped or more flat midrange tones. Internally, you get two mini switches: Voice, which varies the strength of the mid-scoop effect (from light to heavy), and Clip, which selects between diode clipping options for smoother or more aggressive fuzz sustain. Ruggedly built, true bypass, plenty of gain, and “more fuzz than a moldy peach!”

The Banshee by Tallon Electric is a digital octave fuzz pedal built for extreme guitar sounds. It delivers chopped, trashed, and corrupted square-wave fuzz tones, along with haunting polyphonic octaves and aggressive signal-chopping effects, aimed at heavy and extreme music styles. The pedal includes controls for Speed (chop rate), Square Wave level, Octave, and Dissonance, and features a three-mode octave foot-switch plus an Octave Up switch for versatile octave/fuzz manipulation. It uses a 9 V DC, center-negative power supply and draws 200 mA, and does not accept batteries. The Banshee is engineered with DSP processing under license from Demedash Effects. Each pedal is individually splattered for a unique look so no two units are identical.

The Thorn Black Swamp – Flex Fuzz has the control and versatility always desired. In addition to the Volume, gain, and 3 band EQ, you can now cut/boost specific mid frequencies, and the damping knob, tightens up the low end. These, of course help keep you heard in the mix, but we’ve also equipped the Black Swamp with two toggle switches. Character S/N/H (Smooth / Normal / Hot) lets you choose between different fuzz character settings, while the Hard Clip O/I switch allows you to toggle between soft and hard clipping for varying degrees of distortion.
