The Synthotron II features Amplitude modulation, an envelope filter and a sample hold section. Heralded by some as a “Gateway into new realms of creativity” and “The second coming of the guy up stairs” and simultaneously causing others to ask “Has Ben started smoking something dubious?”, the Synthotron took the world by storm with a combination of entirely analog sounds unavailable in any other pedal.
