Die Schaltung des PWR basiert auf dem LM386-Leistungsverstärkerchip, einem Spezialchip, der in der DIY-Effektpedal-Gemeinschaft seit vielen Jahren beliebt ist und schließlich seinen Weg in eine Handvoll kommerzieller Pedal-Designs fand. Aber während die kurzsichtigen Visionen anderer zwar akzeptable, aber letztlich banale und uninspirierende Angebote hervorbrachten, knackt der PWR den Code dieses leistungsstarken Chips und liefert mehr Gain und Sättigung, als es überhaupt möglich sein sollte. Aber nicht nur das, der PWR fügt ein ultraflexibles Kontrollset hinzu, das dir erlaubt, die Parameter dieses leistungsstarken Verzerrers fein abzustimmen, so dass du ihn nahtlos mit dem Ton und Charakter deines individuellen Rigs verschmelzen kannst. Zu guter Letzt tritt der PWR in die großen Fußstapfen anderer Mountainking-Pedale, da er nicht nur die tiefen Frequenzen des durchgeschickten Signals beibehält, sondern diese sogar noch anhebt, so dass er auf tiefer gestimmten Gitarren, Bässen, Keyboards, Synthesizern usw. genauso gut funktioniert wie auf normal gestimmten 6-saitigen Gitarren.

Last but not least, the PWR follows in the heavy footsteps of other Mountainking pedals with it’s ability to not only retain the low end of the signal that’s sent through but in fact boosts those ground quaking frequencies making it work equally well on drop tuned guitars, bass guitars, keyboards, synths, etc as it does on standard tuned 6 string guitars.

Es ist selten, heutzutage ein wirklich innovatives und einzigartiges Fuzz-Pedal zu finden, aber das Frequency~LSD ist viel mehr als nur ein Fuzz. Mittels Feedback und Wavefolding nimmt das Frequency~LSD das Gitarrensignal auf und synthetisiert aus den gespielten Noten intensive Klangfarben. Diese Klangfarben morphen und verwirbeln zusammen mit der Hüllkurve des Gitarrensignals und erzeugen elektrifizierte Sitar-ähnliche Effekte, wenn du die kontrollierte Handflächenstummschaltung verwendest - das klangliche Ergebnis ist anders als alles, was du je zuvor gehört hast.
Mit dem FREQUENCY-Kippschalter kann der Frequenzgang abgesenkt werden, so dass der FREQUENCY~LSD auf Bässen genauso gut funktioniert wie auf Gitarren mit dünnen Saiten.

It’s rare to find a truly innovative and singular fuzz pedal these days, but then again the Frequency~LSD is much more than just a fuzz. Using feedback and wavefolding the Frequency~LSD takes your guitar’s signal and synthesizes intense timbres from the notes you play. These timbres morph and swirl along with the envelope of you guitar’s signal creating electrified sitar type effects when using controlled palm muting, the sonic result is unlike anything you’ve ever heard before.
Using the FREQUENCY toggle switch to lower the frequency response allows the FREQUENCY~LSD to work equally well on bass as it does on skinny stringed guitar.
And when you really want to freak out the squares just step on the FREQ OUT footswitch and unleash screaming oscillations and even more intense timbrel artifacts on their  unsuspecting ear holes.
