TREMOLO

Description

The sound of the Moollon Tremolo is based on the natural tremolo effects of classic tube amplifiers. In contrast to conventional optocoupler circuits, which often cause an unnatural separation between the guitar and tremolo signals, Moollon uses a special bias circuit. This ensures a harmonic, musical modulation that comes particularly close to the original sound of old amps. The pedal has three controls: Depth, Slope and Speed, which allow easy handling and a wide range of tremolo effects. Particularly noteworthy is the Slope control, with which the transition between hard and soft modulation curves can be continuously adjusted - instead of simply switching between two modes. This allows for very fine, musical tuning depending on your playing style. As with many Moollon pedals, the tried and tested GW 109S Buffer Circuit is also used here. This converts the input signal into a low-impedance output signal and thus minimizes humming noises, electrostatic interference and switching noises (e.g. popping). The Moollon Tremolo is therefore an effects unit that has been developed both sonically and technically for demanding musicians who are looking for the warm, lively character of classic tremolo effects - without the background noise of traditional technology.
