The improved RockBoard® MODs V2 are simple all-in-one patchbays for RockBoard pedalboards with a new, refreshed design, and compact housing. Utilizing the MOD slot on all new RockBoards® (except the DUO series), they provide various cable connections to fit a wide variety of needs as a convenient patchbay. With the RockBoard® MODs, you can permanently connect your pedals underneath your board and organize all connections to and from your effects setup in one convenient module. The RockBoard® MODs provide a central access point from your instrument to your amp, as well as your power supply via IEC, and a 2.1 x 5.5 barrel thru power connector. The Homebrew Electronics (HBE) ParaDrive is a versatile dual pedal combining a high-quality overdrive and an independent clean boost in a single unit. The overdrive section is based on the popular HBE Power Screamer but with enhancements. It features a unique Tone control that only affects the treble, avoiding the loss of low-end often associated with tone adjustments. The overdrive section includes a 3-way Diode Selector switch for classic, open overdrive tones to tighter, compressed gain, and an "FD" (Fat Drive) switch for increasing low-end presence and gain. The separate Boost section can be used independently to push an amp for solos or stacked with the overdrive for maximum saturation and harmonics.

Von BOSS neu entwickelt, verhindert das PW-3 im “Rich-Mode” den typischen Verlust der Definition und die abgedämpften Bässe klassischer Wah-Schaltkreise. Sollte es doch lieber traditionell sein, schaltet man auf der Rückseite einfach in den „Vintage-Mode“ um den kernigen „Dirty-Sound“ klassischer Wah-Pedale zu ermöglichen.

Ungleich anderer Pedale die, wenn sie verkleinert werden, an Funktionalität und Spielgefühl verlieren, hat das PW-3 die perfekte Balance zwischen praktischer Anwendung und Spieleigenschaft. Das Aluminium Druckgussgehäuse hinterlässt beim Spielen einen soliden und robusten Eindruck unter dem Fuß. Der lange, sanfte Regelweg des Pedals reagiert absolut zuverlässig und fühlt sich einfach gut an. Bei verkleinerten Pedalen sieht man oft nicht, ob sie nun an-, oder aus geschaltet sind. Das PW-3 löst dieses Problem mit Status LEDs auf beiden Seiten, somit erkennt man sofort was Sache ist. Beim PW-3 ist es möglich die Pedalkraft einzustellen. Mit einem Hex-Schlüssel kann man die Stellschraube nach Belieben anziehen oder lockern.

The completely analog PW-3 delivers professional "wah" sounds in a robust and small housing that saves the user a lot of space on the pedalboard. Newly developed by BOSS, the PW-3 in "Rich Mode" prevents the typical loss of definition and the muffled bass of classic wah circuits. If you prefer it to be traditional, you can simply switch to "vintage mode" on the back to enable the robust "dirty sound" of classic wah pedals.

Unlike other pedals that lose functionality and feel when scaled down, the PW-3 strikes the perfect balance of practicality and playability. The die-cast aluminum chassis feels solid and sturdy underfoot while gaming. The long, gentle control travel of the pedal reacts absolutely reliably and simply feels good. With smaller pedals, you often cannot see whether they are switched on or off. The PW-3 solves this problem with status LEDs on both sides, so you can immediately see what's going on. With the PW-3 it is possible to adjust the pedal force. A hex key can be used to tighten or loosen the set screw as desired.

Catalinbread’s Talisman plate reverb is touted as a homage to the plate reverbs of the 70s, famously used on Pink Floyds iconic Dark Side of the Moon album. To clarify, according to Musician on a Mission, plate reverb is “a clever way of imitating the way sound reverberates through a room. Plate reverb units are big, enclosed cases. Hanging inside of the case is a thin metal sheet, aka the “plate.” When a sound is played into a plate reverb unit, vibrations inside of the case create the illusion of reverb“.

When you run your signal from your instrument to your amp though long cables and/or through a large array of effects with varying impedance, there's bound to be some signal degradation. Placing the CAE Buffer in your signal chain addresses this issue.

It's a low-noise buffer in a small, rugged housing; it can add up to +6dB of gain with the front-facing gain slider; it makes up for signal loss that can occur when combining effects with different impedance levels; it fine-tunes signal recovery with Hi and Lo cut switches; it has an extra output for a tuner, separate effects chain or amp, and can be set to receive either a buffered or unbuffered signal; it also features a convenient 9VDC power output jack which provides power for another pedal.

Der JHS Pedals Overdrive Preamp ist eine originalgetreue Nachbildung der ersten Version ("Big Box V1") von DODs beliebtestem Pedal, dem Overdrive / Preamp (250). Die Regelmöglichkeiten sind denkbar einfach: Der Level-Regler bestimmt den Output der Schaltung und bietet je nach Setting einen Boost oder Cut des Signals. Der Level-Regler wurde im Vergleich zum Original modifiziert (bzw. korrigiert), wodurch die Version von JHS Pedals deutlich mehr Volume bietet. Der Gain-Regler kontrolliert die Verstärkung innerhalb der Overdrive-Sektion. Höhere Settings bringen den Op-Amp und das Hard Clipping in die Sättigung und erzeugen so ein stärkeres Clipping und einen satten Drive-Sound. Der Slide-Schalter ist eine spezielle Erweiterung, die es beim ursprünglichen DOD 250 so nicht gab. Bei der Recherche zu den ersten Versionen des 250 Pedals fand JHS Pedals eine Version, die ein völlig anderes Clipping Arrangement nutze - also entschied man sich einfach beide Versionen für den Overdrive Preamp zu nutzen, damit Musiker die klanglichen Variationen selber entdecken können. Der JHS Pedals Overdrive Preamp bietet insgesamt mehr Gain / Grit und mehr Bässe und Mitten als die späteren Versionen des DOD 250.

The JHS Pedals Overdrive Preamp is a faithful replication of the first version ("Big Box V1") of DOD's most loved pedal, the Overdrive / Preamp (250). The controls are simple. The Level control adjusts the overall output of the circuit and lets you cut or boost the signal. The Level control of this version has been modified (corrected) from the original wiring, giving this pedal much more volume on tap. The Gain control adjusts the amount of gain inside the overdrive circuit. Turning up the Gain control creates more clipping as it pushes the op-amp and hard clipping into overdrive. JHS Pedals also added a slider switch, which wasn't included with the original DOD 250. While researching the original pedal, JHS Pedals acquired a second early big-box unit which used a completely different clipping arrangement, so they decided to offer this switch so that you could explore these two variations for yourself. The JHS Pedals Overdrive Preamp features more gain / grit overall and more unique low / mids than the later versions of the DOD 250.
