Description
MLC Blood Omen is built on the flagship MLC ‘Vanilla Sky’ effect, which was a crucial addition for guitarists Tommy Gentry & George Harris when producing The Raven Age’s 3rd studio album ‘Blood Omen’. Together with Kemper, this enabled the band to develop an incredible sound that is emphasised across all the mid-range frequencies.
The vision for this pedal was to create an effect that would retain its dynamics and allow the guitar's individual sound to shine even at the highest GAIN settings. The all-analog signal line helps produce a rich and organic sound. The circuit is based on the class A BURR BROWN preamp, which allows for serious reverberation, while ensuring a high level of dynamics and low level of hum.Media
