The essential germanium diodes are at the heart of the myth and faithfully deliver iconic tones but that’s far from where the story ends. Toggle to swap in cold-war era germanium transistors for more sustain, saturation, and tube-like response that you can really feel under your fingertips. Maintain character and punch, dial down the upper-mid honk. Need more low-end? A dedicated bass boost switch lowers the cutoff an octave and adds 3dB, ideal for single coil low-end recovery. Built tough and uniquely capable of running on 18V for more headroom, a true first of its kind. The Manis is a modernized voltage-doubled hard clipping boost for purists & converts alike.
