Das RockBoard® MOD 3 V2 ist eine Patchbay für Sänger und Akustik-Musiker. Über die zwei XLR-Ausgänge kannst du ein Stereo-Signal von dein MOD senden und an den XLR-Eingang lässt sich ein Mikrofon anschließen. Mit drei TRS-Through-Verbindungen lässt sich das MOD 3 V2 außerdem als zentraler Zugang und Ausgang des Boards nutzen um zum Beispiel Effektpedale in den FX-Loop eines Verstärkers einzuschleifen.

The improved RockBoard® MODs V2 are simple all-in-one patchbays for RockBoard pedalboards with a new, refreshed design, and compact housing. Darüber hinaus sorgt die ±9V Stromversorgungstechnik für eine hohe Headroom. Damit eignet sich der parametrische Equalizer nicht nur für E-Gitarren, sondern auch für Signalquellen mit höherem Pegel wie E-Bässe und Keyboards.

The Pentatone Equalizer is a standalone version of the 5-band equalizer section in the Ibanez Pentatone Preamp. Adding a continuously variable Q control on each band, which allows for a wider variety of sound creation, enables even more detailed sound creation. Furthermore, the ±9V power supply circuitry provides a wide headroom. That makes the parametric equalizer suitable for not only electric guitars but also higher-level output signal equipment such as electric bass guitars and keyboards.

zurechtschneidern, wer seinem Amp noch mehr Distortion entlocken will (und z.B. einen
voreingestellten Solosound benötigt), kann das Signal noch mit dem Levelregler boosten.
Die umgekehrte Variante funktioniert auch bestens. Mit dem Equalizer wird ein klarer
(meist in den Mitten etwas abgesenkter - Bässe und Höhen anheben) Rhythmussound
eingestellt, der dann durch Absenken des Levelreglers dem aufgedrehten Amp schöne
Clean-Sounds entlockt. Praktisch ein zweiter Kanal mit Klangregelung für den geliebten,
aber etwas unflexiblen Ein-Kanal-Verstärker!

Der Clover Preamp / Boost ist eine JHS Interpretation des FA-1, jedoch mit einigen zusätzlichen Funktionen, die diese erstaunliche Schaltung noch besser machen. Du wirst bei deinen Gigs  nicht auf diesen glücklichen Tonformer verzichten wollen! Der Clover ist eine End-All-Preamp / Boost für akustische und E-Gitarren und Bässe. Der EQ ist einfach, kraftvoll und lässt keinen schlechten Klang zu. In early 1984 BOSS released two strange new devices under the name "The Pocket Series". One of those devices was the FA-1 FET Preamp and it quickly found its rightful place among the legends of tone when The Edge of U2 used it on the recording of "Unforgettable Fire" as well as placing it in his following touring rigs. The Clover Preamp/Boost is JHS' faithful interpretation of the FA-1 but with several additional features that they believe make this amazing circuit even better. In dieser historisch akkuraten Nachbildung haben wir die Originalschaltung des 424 MKI perfekt nachgebildet und dabei die originalen UPC4570 und NJM4565 Operationsverstärker sowie alle originalen Regler verwendet. Die Gain-Regler (Trim, Channel) und der Master-Volume des Portastudio arbeiten alle zusammen, um den gewünschten Sound zu schaffen, und können mit den EQ-Einstellungen weiter verfeinert werden. Zusätzlich zum Klinkenausgang bietet das 424 Gain Stage einen symmetrischen XLR-Ausgang (DI-Out) für ultimative Flexibilität in jeder Situation, ob Live oder im Studio.

The 424 Gain Stage gives all the elastic, lo-fi tone you get from plugging a guitar rig straight into a TASCAM Portastudio 424. Now in pedal form, you can easily integrate the rubbery clean tones, high head room, and smashed out fuzz that’s being repopularized by today’s emerging guitarists.   
In this historically accurate recreation, we perfectly replicated the original 424 MKI circuit using the original UPC4570 and NJM4565 op-amps and all the original controls, which is crucial for recreating the unique character that makes the old units sound so good. The Portastudio’s gain controls (trim, channel) & master volume – all work in tandem for dialing up your desired tone and can be further refined with the Low and High EQ settings. In addition to the 1/4" output, our unit offers a balanced XLR output (DI out) for ultimate flexibility in any situation, live or studio.

Die JHS Colour Box V2 ist ein Preamp / DI-Box nach dem Vorbild legendärer Neve Studio-Konsolen. Das Pedal wurde entwickelt um den authentischen Sound eines Instruments (oder Mikrofons) am Direct-In der Mischpulte zu reproduzieren, dabei bietet die Colour Box V2 alle Features der beliebten V1-Version und kommt zusätzlich mit einer Vielzahl an Verbesserungen und neuen Features, die das Pedal zu einem perfekten Allrounder und Always-On Pedal für alle denkbaren Instrumente und sogar für Sänger machen. Zu den neuen Features zählen eine erweiterte EQ-Sektion, ein Hi/Lo Schalter für massiven, cleanen Headroom und die Möglichkeit 48V Phantom-Power an Kondensator-Mikrofone weiterzugeben. Die Gain-Sektion (Rot) bietet Regelmöglichkeiten Master, Pre-Vol und Step. Master kontrolliert das Gesamt-Volume des Pedals, Pre-Vol arbeitet als Gain-Regler zwischen den beiden internen Gain Stages und bietet bei Bedarf eine Verzerrung, die von leichten Break-Up-Sounds bis zu Fuzz reicht. Der Step-Regler verändert das Gain der Preamp Stages in fünf Schritten. Der Hi/Lo Schalter verändert den cleanen Headroom des Pedals, der -20 dB Pad Schalter passt den Input bei Bedarf an Mikrofone mit einem hohen Ausgangspegel an. Die EQ-Sektion (Blau) wurden neben den bekannten Regler für Treble, Middle und Bass (+/- 17 dB Cut / Boost in jedem Band) um drei Shift-Regler erweitert, die den Frequenzbereich der einzelnen Regler anpassen. Die Hi-Pass-Sektion wird über den Kippschalter aktiviert. Um das Pedal so flexibel wie möglich zu halten steht ein kombinierter XLR/TRS Input zur Verfügung.

The JHS Colour Box V2 has all the same functionality of the popular V1 version with many new and improved additions like expanded EQ controls, a Hi/Lo switch for massive clean headroom, and the ability to pass phantom power to your condenser mics. The Gain section in red has three controls: Master, Pre-Vol, and Step. The Master volume controls the overall volume of the unit. The Pre-Vol controls the amount of gain between the two internal gain stages. This acts as a "drive" or "gain" control, adding more grit, distortion, and even fuzz as you increase the gain. The Step control increases the gain of each preamp stage in five stages. Rotating the Step knob from left-to-right will increase the gain by the following: 1st is +18 dB, 2nd is +23 dB, 3rd is +28 dB, 4th is +33 dB, 5th is +39 dB. The JHS Colour Box V2 has a new Hi/Lo switch to control the amount of clean headroom you have available. In the Lo mode, you will easily be able to get ultra clean sounds without breakup. Lo Mode is excellent for tone shaping when distortion is not needed. In the Hi mode, the Colour Box V2 will distort much more readily, giving you a broad spectrum of overdrive, distortion, and fuzz sounds. In addition to the Hi / Lo gain switch, there is a -20 dB pad switch on the right side of the Colour Box V2. This function only works when in XLR input mode and can help tame the volume for high output microphones. The EQ section in blue has three new Shift controls correlating to its standard Treble, Middle and Bass controls. The Shift knobs adjust the range of frequencies that the Treble, Middle, and Bass knobs control. The center frequencies for the Shift knobs are Treble 10kHz, Middle 1kHz, and Bass 120Hz, while the Treble, Middle, and Bass knobs boost or cut with +/- 17 dB of control. If you want to boost high-mid frequencies, turn the Mid Shift knob to 3 o'clock or above and increase the Middle knob above 12 o'clock. If you want to cut upper treble frequencies, turn the Treble Shift knob to 3 o'clock or above and set the Treble knob below 12 o'clock. The Shift knobs give you precision control over the EQ for anything you put through the Colour Box V2. The Hi-Pass section is enabled by the toggle switch below the Hi-Pass knob. Just flip it up to engage the Hi-Pass knob, which spans from 60Hz to 800Hz with a 6dB per octave slope. The Colour Box V2 has a combination XLR and 1/4" input jack to use either an instrument or microphone. Select your input with the input selector switch on the right side of the pedal labeled INST/XLR.
