Dieses Board ist als kompaktes Live-Setup für einen Hughes & Kettner Tubemeister 20 Deluxe aufgebaut. Ziel war ein übersichtliches, störungsarmes Board mit klar getrenntem Signalweg (vor der Vorstufe / FX-Loop) sowie einer schnellen Verkabelung über eine Patchbay.

Signalweg vor dem Amp

Gitarre → Shure GLXD16 (Wireless + Tuner) → Donner ABY (Backup-Kabel möglich, falls Funk ausfällt) → Cry Baby Mini Wah → TC Electronic Sentry Noise Gate (Trigger) → Amp Input

Das Wireless sitzt bewusst am Anfang der Kette und dient gleichzeitig als Stimmgerät und als stabiler Buffer. Über den ABY-Switch kann im Notfall sofort auf ein normales Gitarrenkabel umgeschaltet werden.  
Das Sentry arbeitet im X-Pattern: Das Gate wird über das saubere Gitarrensignal vor der Vorstufe getriggert, während die eigentliche Signalunterdrückung im FX-Loop erfolgt.

FX-Loop des Amps

Amp FX Send → TC Electronic Sentry (Return / Gate) → Compressor → Tone City Angel Wing Chorus → TC Electronic Spark Mini Boost → TC Electronic Flashback 2 Delay → TC Electronic Hall of Fame 2 Mini Reverb → Amp FX Return

Das Noise Gate sitzt damit direkt am Anfang des FX-Loops und unterdrückt effektiv das Vorstufenrauschen im High-Gain-Kanal. Der Kompressor befindet sich bewusst im Einschleifweg, damit die Dynamik der Vorstufe erhalten bleibt und das Gitarren-Volume weiterhin die Verzerrung steuert.  
Der Boost sitzt vor Delay und Reverb, sodass beim Aktivieren auch die Echo-Wiederholungen und der Raumanteil leicht mit angehoben werden.

Stromversorgung

Die Stromversorgung erfolgt über ein Harley Benton PowerPlant ISO-10AC Pro, das unter dem Board montiert ist. Der GLXD16 wird über einen 12-V-Ausgang betrieben, die übrigen Pedale über isolierte 9-V-Ausgänge.

Layout

Die am häufigsten genutzten Pedale befinden sich in der vorderen Reihe, sodass sie während des Spielens leicht erreichbar sind. Seltener verwendete oder meist aktive Effekte sitzen in der hinteren Reihe. Über dem Netzteil ist nur ein unkritischer Schalter platziert, der gegenüber möglichen Einstreuungen unempfindlich ist.

Anschlüsse

Alle Verbindungen zum Amp (Input, FX Send, FX Return und Footswitch) laufen über eine RockBoard MOD Patchbay auf der Rückseite des Boards. Dadurch kann das gesamte Setup auf der Bühne mit wenigen Kabeln angeschlossen werden.

Das Board wird hauptsächlich für Proben und Live-Gigs mit einer HSS-Gitarre eingesetzt und deckt Clean-, Crunch- und High-Gain-Sounds über die Amp-Kanäle sowie Modulation, Delay, Reverb und einen Solo-Boost im FX-Loop ab. Zusätzlich ist ein schneller Wechsel zwischen Funkbetrieb und Kabel-Backup möglich.

Die überarbeiteten RockBoard® MODs V2 sind einfache all-in-one Patchbays für die RockBoard Pedalboard Series mit einem neuen, überarbeiteten Design und einem kompakten Gehäuse. Passend für alle neuen RockBoards® (außer der DUO-Serie) mit einem MOD-Slot, bieten sie als komfortable Patchbay verschiedene Kabelverbindungen, um eine weite Reihe von Bedürfnissen abzudecken. Mit den RockBoard® MODs kannst du deine Pedale dauerhaft unter dem Board verkabeln und alle Verbindungen zu und von deinem Effektsetup in einem praktischen Modul organisieren. Die RockBoard® MODs bieten einen zentralen Zugangspunkt vom Instrument zum Verstärker sowie eine praktische und einfache Stromversorgung des Boards über einen IEC- und einen 2,1 x 5,5 Barrel-Through-Stromanschluss. Das RockBoard® MOD 1 V2 ist eine Pass-Through-Box, die speziell für Gitarristen und Bassisten entwickelt wurde. Du kannst das MOD 1 V2 nutzen um mehrere Pedale deines Setups im Front End und im Effekt-Loop des Verstärkers zu postieren (4-Kabel Methode) oder die vier TRS-Anschlüsse als zentralen Zugang und Ausgang des Boards nutzen. Die XLR-Through-Verbindung kann als Signalausgang vom Pedalboard zum Mischpult oder zur PA verwendet werden.

When it’s time to play, the FS07 supports either mono or stereo inputs and outputs to easily split the signal between external speakers, soundboards, mixers, or audio interfaces.
