The TC Electronic PolyTune 2 pedal tuner is an absolute must-have for every guitarist. Neu sind der Netzteilanschluss und die gepufferte Eingangsbuchse, die eine Klangfärbung des Gitarrensignals bei ausgeschaltetem Pedal verhindert. Die Induktionsspule dieses Pedals wurde ganz klar vom VOX-Original inspiriert und bietet eine entsprechend größere Dynamik und einen fetteren Sound. Based on the specifications of the VOX pedal introduced in the 1960s, this wah-wah offers the same legendary sound. New features include the power supply connection and the buffered input jack, which prevents colouration of the guitar signal when the pedal is switched off. The induction coil of this pedal was clearly inspired by the VOX original and offers correspondingly greater dynamics and a fatter sound. This new edition is especially designed for guitarists of all genres whose signal path would be incomplete without a wah pedal.

Im Gegensatz zu seinem Hauptrivalen, dem MXR Phase 90, der einen JFET-Transistor verwendet, um die Frequenz seiner vier Stufen zu variieren, ist seine Schaltung um einen Transkonduktanz-OP-Verstärker herum aufgebaut. Der Small Stone wurde unter anderem von David Gilmour und David Bowies Gitarristen Carlos Alomar verwendet und war von Anfang an ein großer Erfolg, so dass er noch immer im Katalog der in Long Island ansässigen Marke zu finden ist.

The Small Stone from Electro Harmonix is a phaser pedal that was developed by David Cockerell in 1974. Unlike its main rival, the MXR Phase 90, which uses a JFET transistor to vary the frequency of its four stages, its circuit is built around a transconductance op-amp.
