Emulating the lo-fi saturation and sputter of slashed amplifier cones, the analog fuzz circuit pays homage to early rock 'n' roll distorted tones. Harmonic texture and waveform clipping are governed by the dedicated Rip bias control, which introduces hard gating and voltage-starved behavior. Setting the Rip potentiometer counterclockwise yields smooth gating and quick fade-out, while turning it clockwise produces jagged, choking fuzz. Frequency response is sculpted via an active tilt-shift Tone control that boosts lows while cutting highs or brightens the top end with bass rolloff. Saturated sustain is dialed in from subtle vintage rasp to heavy modern distortion using the wide-range Fuzz knob. Mechanical true bypass switching ensures uncolored signal flow across downstream effects when disengaged.

A fully analog stereo loop switcher designed to break boundaries. 
Each stereo loop can be broken up into 2x mono loops with an Y-cable and in the looper used as 2x complete independent mono loops (Y-TRS-Cables). As these cannot be displayed in this tool (but often used to double the loops on big boards) we configured in this tool 3 stereo connections as 6x mono loops.

Grundlage ist eine komplett neu entwickelte Schaltung mit parallelem Clean-Blend in Studioqualität, die Obertöne, leichte Kompression und Durchsetzungskraft des Overdrives mit dem vollen Bass- und Dynamikumfang des Clean-Signals kombiniert.

Der Clean-Regler arbeitet nicht als einfacher Mischregler, sondern ist integraler Bestandteil der Schaltung. Ein Doppelpotentiometer sorgt dafür, dass Clean- und Drive-Signal über alle Gain-Einstellungen hinweg proportional und phasenstabil zusammenlaufen – ohne Lautstärkesprünge. Der Tone-Regler wirkt ausschließlich auf den Overdrive-Pfad, das Clean-Signal bleibt jederzeit unverändert. The Morning Glory Clean is a logical evolution of the classic Morning Glory overdrive. The goal was to further improve transparency, dynamics, and attack without losing its familiar character. At its core is a completely redesigned circuit with a studio-quality parallel clean blend, combining the harmonics, subtle compression, and punch of the overdrive with the full bass and dynamic range of the clean signal.

The clean control isn't a simple mix control; it's an integral part of the circuit. A dual potentiometer ensures that the clean and drive signals blend proportionally and in phase across all gain settings—without any volume jumps. The tone control affects only the overdrive path; the clean signal remains unchanged at all times. The ClearComp is a super transparent compressor with a unique Dynamic Threshold topology engineered and developed by DSM & Humboldt. Most compressors dynamically reduce the gain progressively as the level rises above the threshold. Our DT Topology dynamically modifies the threshold with a fixed gain reduction, achieving a natural and transparent compression effect with a lower noise floor, less coloring and higher dynamic range. A multicolor 5-stage LED bargraph is featured to visualize the resulting envelope level in real time.

Der EHX Bass Micro Synthesizer ist ein reiner Bassgitarren-Synthesizer mit vollständig analoger Schaltung. Einstellbare Synthesizer-Parameter erzeugen satte, kraftvolle Klänge aus einer anderen Welt.

Mit der Attack-Decay-Steuerung lassen sich gestrichene Effekte oder bedrohliche Lautstärkeschwankungen erzeugen, während die Filter-Sweep-Sektion das gesamte Frequenzspektrum durchläuft – von schnellen, präzisen Schnitten von Hoch nach Tief bis hin zu langsamen, fließenden Anstiegen von Tief nach Hoch.

The EHX Bass Micro Synthesizer is a pure bass guitar synthesizer with all analog circuitry. Adjustable synth parameters deliver fat, sweet tones from another world.

Its voice mix section lets you bring in 4 different voices: Sub Octave, Guitar, Octave, and Square Wave. The Square Wave gives the Bass Micro Snythesizer its signature, fuzzy growl that calls back to the cosmic ’70s .

An Attack Decay control creates bowed effects or ominous volume swells while the Filter Sweep section sweeps through the full frequency spectrum for sound from quick high to low chops and slow low to high blooms.
