Description
The Tube Drive™ overdrive pedal contains three twin-triode vacuum tubes operating at real amp plate voltage (300 V DC!). The cascaded six-stage tube circuitry is precision-biased to generate highly symmetrical clipping distortion. The sound is immense, harmonically-saturated and super-smooth, able to go from mild bluesy breakup to full-on blistering distortion. It features an all-tube signal path, an active “Baxandall” tone stack (with zero insertion loss), and an active Bass Boost contour for added low end. The pedal allows you to fine-tune the character by swapping tubes to change gain and tonal response.Media
