Du kannst das MOD 1 V2 nutzen um mehrere Pedale deines Setups im Front End und im Effekt-Loop des Verstärkers zu postieren (4-Kabel Methode) oder die vier TRS-Anschlüsse als zentralen Zugang und Ausgang des Boards nutzen. Die XLR-Through-Verbindung kann als Signalausgang vom Pedalboard zum Mischpult oder zur PA verwendet werden.

The improved RockBoard® MODs V2 are simple all-in-one patchbays for RockBoard pedalboards with a new, refreshed design, and compact housing. Utilizing the MOD slot on all new RockBoards® (except the DUO series), they provide various cable connections to fit a wide variety of needs as a convenient patchbay. With the RockBoard® MODs, you can permanently connect your pedals underneath your board and organize all connections to and from your effects setup in one convenient module. The RockBoard® MODs provide a central access point from your instrument to your amp, as well as your power supply via IEC, and a 2.1 x 5.5 barrel thru power connector. The RockBoard® MOD 1 V2 is a pass-thru box especially designed for guitar and bass players. It can also be used to run several pedals from your board through the effects loop of your amp, or as a central access point to your pedalboard via its 4x TRS thru connections. The XLR thru connection can be used as signal output from your pedalboard to the console or PA.

Whether opening up soundscapes with chords and harmonics or syncing up with guitarist Adam Jones to perform arresting single-note unison runs, Justin goes above and beyond the traditional boundaries of his instrument to help compose the band's multi-layered tunes. He is, without a doubt, one of the modern pioneer users of effects on bass, and he keeps a carefully configured pedalboard at his disposal for crafting tones and exploring sounds. This custom Cry Baby Wah combines some of his favorite ways to do just that—filter, wah, and fuzz.

The MIDI footswitch is quick to set up with ready-to-use templates for Darkglass products. A more complex custom MIDI setup is also available with commands on the main and sub operational layers, simultaneous sending of several messages and more, making it a powerful command center that integrates seamlessly with your setup.

The MIDI footswitch can be powered flexibly through either a 9V DC or USB. In addition, the Darkglass amplifiers are capable of powering it through the same 1/4″ plug or a 7-PIN MIDI connector used for the data, offering the full operation using only one cable.

Der berüchtigte Harmonic Percolator-Schaltkreis ist auf maximalen Klang getrimmt. Geeignet für schmutzige Suboktaven und mutwillige Rückkopplungen, bis hin zu einem Hauch von Grit oder einem Transistor-Booster, der den Verstärker knallt. Eindeutig mehr als nur ein Fuzz.

Wie das Original HP-1 verwendet auch das Hurts sowohl Germanium- als auch Siliziumtransistoren, die sorgfältig ausgewählt und auf Klang und Verstärkung abgestimmt wurden. Im Inneren befinden sich mehrere Trimmer, einer zum Einstellen des Oktav-Sweetspots“ und einer zur Gain-Kompensation im Falle von Oszillationen.

Er verwendet Germanium-Dioden wie im originalen HP-1 und hat einen Schalter, um auf Silizium-Dioden umzuschalten, die etwas lauter sind (mein Favorit im Bass). In der Mittelstellung überbrückt dieser Schalter die Dioden, was ihn zu einem lauten Transistor-Booster macht, der das Front-End eines Verstärkers wirklich antreibt. 

The infamous Harmonic Percolator circuit tuned for maximum tone. Capable of filthy sub octave and wilful feedback, through to just a hint of grit, or an amp slamming transistor booster. Definitely more than just a fuzz.

As in the original HP-1 the Hurts uses both germanium and silicon transistors carefully selected and graded for both sound and gain. Inside it has a couple of trimmers, one to tune in the octave "sweet spot" and one for gain compensation in case of oscillation.

It uses germanium diodes as in the original HP-1 and has a switch to change to silicon diodes which are slightly louder (my favourite on bass). In the mid position this switch bypasses the diodes making it a loud transistor booster that really pushes the front end of an amp.

HP-2 is a distortion device, based on the harmonic percolator. A genuinely unusual design that is instantly recognizable. OAMP is an output driver designed to replace a conventional output buffer or gain pedal at the end of your chain. If you’re familiar with EUNA, it’s a similar concept but with a few key differences. High headroom, clean gain, great drive capability. They key features are labeled below. There are subtle tonal variations in the gain settings. Maximum clean output level is 20dB. 29dB of gain available. OAMP makes enough gain to drive your amp into breakup without adding it’s own distortion, or you can use it to trim hot signals from your pedalboard. The insert loop is active when OAMP is OFF, so you can easily swap from clean drive to a dirt pedal, alternative preamp or anything you want really. With nothing plugged into the insert OAMP is True-Bypass when switched off.
