The original version of the Ibanez Tube King (known as the TK999) was produced for a short time in Japan before production moved to the US. The US-made models bear the designation TK999US.
The Japan model featured a noise suppressor while the USA Model didn't. It's a great pedal and can run on 12AX7, 12AT7, or 12AY7 type tubes or the like. It also features a 3-band EQ to dial in some great tones.

Or hook up two amplifiers for the sweeping, pulsing sound of stereo. With both phase and sync controls all sorts of cool stereo effects are possible.

Designed to emulate the classic Fender tremolo effect (or vibrato as it is often referred to), the Stereo Tremulator features “lopsided” amplitude modulation with a rounded off triangular modulated waveform. In the stereo mode the super cool tone of a Magnatone Amplifierís Tremolo is reproduced.

Mike got as close as he could to the tone, and most importantly, the feel of the amp. If you are to run the MESHUGGAH into the power section of a MESHUGGAH amp, or even into the IR section of the Neural DSP Nameless X suite, the tonal differences are extremely hard to hear.

The Demeter Amplification Tremulator in the small enclosure with red knobs is a rare, early version of the iconic optical tremolo pedal designed to emulate the classic Fender amp tremolo sound. Housed in a compact “bottom screw” box with distinctive red knobs and “The Tremulator” script on the face, it features simple controls for Depth and Speed, a footswitch, and an LED indicator. The pedal includes an internal trim pot for adjusting the bias of the optical circuit (accessible by removing the bottom plate), offers a slight clean boost, and runs on 9V power via a 1/8" mini plug rather than a standard barrel connector. Known for its warm, pulsing tremolo and legendary reliability, this version is prized by collectors and musicians for its vintage build and classic tone. The main differences between the small enclosure, red knob Demeter Tremulator and the standard TRM-1 Tremulator are cosmetic and related to production era: the early version is smaller, features red knobs, and is more collectible, while the TRM-1 is larger, uses black knobs, and is more widely available. Both share the same optical tremolo circuit and controls, so their sound and performance are virtually identical. Any minor tonal variation would be due to component age rather than design.

The sound of classic studio optical compression of the 60’s and 70’s at your feet! The first compressor pedal not to suck the life out of your tone. Operation is fairly straightforward. There are two inputs on the front side of the unit: a 1/4″ input jack on the right and a 1/4″ output jack on the left with a battery-ground switch on the input jack. There are two controls on the unit: compress and volume, plus a foot switch to bypass the effect, and an LED to indicate effect operation. On the side there is a trim pot to set the overall gain of the unit. Compress affects the amount of gain reduction (compression) of the input signal. Turning this clock wise will give you up to 30dB of gain reduction (depending on input gain).
